When playing a 2v2 game, does the sanguinary priest's blood chalice affect the ally's units? e.g. My Sanguinary Priest gives my partner's guardsmen furious charge and feel no pain. It states that it affects all friendly units within 6" of the Sanguinary Priest.

You have to make up rules for interactions like this in doubles games.

I recommend basing them off the rules from one of the big tournaments which includes team games. This way someone else has already done the hard work and your group can just agree to use that as an objective third-party set of rules rather than wrangling and debating each other's preferences. Of course, some people enjoy the wrangling and debating.

Here's an example set for you:

I would say no, as there mini chapter banner/relic type things. The guard dont worship sanguinius, and sure as heck wouldnt take a bullet to the face to protect a cup they know nothing about. Also some rules break the game in half when combined across armies. Thats why there are no official rules. 30 strong ork mobs with feel no pain? You can see where it goes.

It depends on how you want to run the doubles games.

I have played where nothing affects my allies, and those games are a lot of fun.

I have also played in a tournament where allies were able to board each others transports, the IC's could attach to any allied squad, and the two 1000 point armies that were on the table shared a force org chart. and that was a lot of fun.

Bottom line, discuss it with your partner and opponents before the game.

I would say yes if they two armies are the same and are therefire using the same Codexes, but not if they are two allied forces. Eg: BA/BA, yes you get FNP, whereas something like BA/IG or BA/Eldar, then no.

I wouldn't do that, any support across armies tends to get extremely strong, so either everyone or nobody.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

It says 'friendly' which is vague... my slaaneshi marines might be 'friendly' towards the blood angels... I don't think it means they should get FNP

Mannahnin has the right of it, this sort of interaction absolutely must be discussed/ agreed upon before the game starts (obviously), and using an already produced set of rules/agreements for this is a good way to go.
