Hey there kids! Thought i'd introduce myself. I'm completely new to the whole 40K scene. I've never played a game or seen one played, though my mate is a smooth talker and convinced me to get into it. Even sold me one of his armies at a really good price. Then he told me about this site. So i'm hoping i'll be able to make some mates and that you'll be able to give me some tips and advice as i begin to get deeper into this fairly cool hobby.
Anyways, my mate started a Tyranid army, then sold it to another mate who added to it, then sold it to me. Now all my mates who play are challenging me to games coz not many of them have versed Tyranids before. So now i have to study the rule book and codex and start putting my army for the occasion together. Wish me luck and i hope to talk to some of you soon.

Welcome and wish you fun both in dakka and 40k, it is a rather exciting hoby as youl soon find out provided you have time for it and patience. Im sure youll find all the tips you need in dakka
