I want to start running intro games for KoW at my shop using my WFB armies. The two lists are based on what I have for WFB, though I did run into the slight issue of a fair chunk of my O&G consisting of the G end of things...
The two lists are roughly points equivalent (five in the difference), and have a good few different types of units. Do you think they'd be reasonably balanced against each other? In terms of models, the Orc list is pretty much tapped out aside from adding more heroes. I hope to get a unit of chariots (converted from WGF celt chariots) soonish, but it could be a month or more and I'd like to start gaming quite soon. I can add or swap around the Dwarf list a bit more- got more warmachines, and character models, and enough for another couple of half regiments or troops.

Not too keen on the Dwarf list, but the Orc one seems good. Morax's are pretty good, and will do a good bit of damage. I'm not keen on the Dwarf list simply because I don't know the list that well, and haven't played that many games of KoW yet.

I'd ditch the zappy sneak and get another flagger for the orcs. They'll need it.

Zappy is only in there to make use of my WaR limited edition Orc who has a Gobbo wizard riding on his shoulder.
I can easily put in a Flagger though. Will do.

The Ironwatch might be better used as two Troops instead of a single regiment. The regiment only has a nerve advantage, and with two troops you can put out double the shots. You should only need banners on the Ironwatch, since they shouldn't be in melee unless there's an opportunity for a flank or rear charge.
You'll need to find 15pts if you want to stay the same points though (assuming they both have rifles) so i'd take the banner off the Berserkers; they already have a solid nerve value, so the banner shouldn't be a huge loss. It also means the points of each list are even at 1270 each.
Apart from that, the Dwarves seem good. I'd be tempted to find a way of squeezing in a second cannon or organ gun, but that's just me.
Not sure about the Orcs at the moment, i'll have a look over it at a later date.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Don't use a Giant as a Fight Wagon stand in, well you could, but the dimensions might be off a bit. Fight Wagons are on chariot bases according to Mr. Alessio Cavatore. I played a game with Fight Wagons today, and the only thing they had going for them was the 6+ De. They're hard to hurt, but once you hurt them, they're running. They do do a nice bit of damage though.
