TL;DR These 'rumours' completely betray the core practises of GWs business model for absolutely no net-gain whatsoever. They also needlessly add in complication and confusion purely for the sake of having 'more rules'. This is fan-based wish-listing and if anything even close to these 'rumours' appear in GW print I'll eat my Valkyrie.
