Ive just bought a eldar harlequin but i have no idea how to get the dimond pattern on them ..

Is there any good tutorials out there.? Can some one please point me in the right direction thanks...

What I've seen people do is the same basic technique for doing checkerboard on orks:

Prime white, then draw the pattern on with a extra fine tip marker. then fill in the lines, doing the darker color first.

No problem. The Harlys have pretty skintight clothing for the most part (At least where you'll most likely be painting checks), but there are a few folds that will take a slight offsetting of the pattern to make it look right.
