We need to trim the fat a bit.
HQ: I don't think your Archon needs two special close combat weapons. The Djinn Blade is literally a weapon, as is the Agoniser, and the Archon can only choose to use one per turn (and gain the associated effect). It's a good thought - saving the Agoniser for monstrous creatures or high toughness infantry and using the Djinn Blade for hordes - but I think your points are better spent elsewhere. If you're taking the Agoniser for that purpose, keep in mind that dark eldar don't need to worry about monstrous creatures or high toughness infantry, because we just shoot them with our poisoned weapons and they evaporate in 2 seconds. Also, the best combo for the soul-trap is the huskblade. If you manage to inflict one unsaved wound with it (huskblade is a
pw so this is relatively easy) on an independent character, your archon becomes a close combat machine. Go
IC hunting with the wrack unit and have some fun.
Btw good choice on the
PGL. I don't really see the need for combat drugs however - this just looks like excess gravy on an already expensive character.
For your heamonculi: as was mentioned, you can only have one shattershard per army. Also, stinger pistols are okay, but liquefier guns do a lot more damage for the amount of points they cost.
Elite: These sniper units are okay. The more effective unit is a unit of Trueblasters, but these will suffice. Just plop them down in cover and see what they can do.
Troops: I'll start with the easy stuff. Your wyches are set up perfectly. Aethersails on the raiders are just gravy and could easily be shaved off.
For your wracks, you do not need the Acothyst if the Archon is going with them. With the Archon's
Ld 10, you're just paying 10 points for one extra attack on the acothyst, which is not worth it. Also you could cut down their number a bit since the Archon will be carrying the unit in
CC for the most part.
Your warriors are not set up in their most efficient form. Currently you're paying 210 points per unit (420) which is A LOT compared to what this unit can actually do. Warriors are anti-infantry, plain and simple, and should never be in close combat. For that reason your sybarite and venom blade are unnecessary
imo. Now let's do a little math:
For 375 points you can get 3 x 5 Warriors w/ 1 Blaster // Venom w/ Dual Splinter Cannons (which would also give you your max scoring units

). Compare this to your 420 point current set up:
Splinter wounds per turn
Range....Current 420.....Advised 375
42"..............2.6...............8
36"..............4.................12
24"..............4.................12
18".............16.8..............20
12".............18.2..............20
There's a clear winner here. By doing this trade, you would exchange your 2 dark lances and 2 blasters for 3 blasters, which is perfectly fine considering the vast improvement on your anti-infantry threat range and killing potential!
Heavy Support: Perfect
By trimming the fat:
Djinn Blade or Agoniser
Combat Drugs
2nd Shattershard
2 Aethersails
Acothyst and 2 Wracks
Completely changing the warrior set up to 3 x 5 Warriors w/ 1 Blaster // Venom w/ Dual Splinter Cannons
You end up with over 100 points to spare! You could add another dark lance sniper unit or upgrade one of your existing ones to trublasters (4 Kabalite Trueborn w/ 4 Blasters // Venom w/ Dual Splinter Cannons 173...or you could take a raider instead of the venom for 5 more points).
