You are referring to a different codex for the cyclops other than the IG codex, which is where marbo is. The only place i know where a cyclops is the Death Korps of Kreig online PDF one...
Dont think thats possible if you look at the rules for the cyclops

Demo charge = Backpack full of C26
Demolition vehicle is not the same thing. He's a special character, so the demo charge he gets is the one from the book he's in, with no option to change it out for anything more exotic without explicit permission.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.

If they don't specifically say you can take an option, you can't take it.
