Hey folks.

After a ~2 month long hiatus from Painting and Modelling due to my A-level exams, I picked up a brush again. Instead of Jumping straight into something that would require practiced methods, I chose to do something where mistakes would be allowed to be made without being spotted, so I started to paint an Inside of a Space Station/Ship (?) for a diorama I decided to make before my exams.
I plan to add more walls to it in the near future, but for now it is finished - just to add the Guardsmen to it.

Story time over - here it is. C&C appreciated.

More images in my Gallery.

Cheers, JC.

Thanks - It was accidental. I tried to do the Salt weathering technique, but used water instead of hairspray to apply the salt. it then came off with chunks and left the bits around each salt granule, which is what you see.

Two infected 'guardsmen' (in essence, zombies) who have been shot by a sniper hiding behind the two oil barrels.

Thanks guys!

What did you use to make the wall?

It as a section of the old Citadel Scenery, chopped to make a square.

Covered the bits that looked like brick with two bits of plasticard, and then added the bits and bobs onto it.

It was abuot half an inch thick, required a wood saw to chop through it.
