Looks like a decent start. It could use some fine tuning however. Drop all the CC stuff on the units. The last place a guardsman wants to be is in close combat, so theres no point in wasting points on those upgrades. I would also drop the autocannons as 90% of the time you can't fire them due to moving with the chimera. I would also say that the 3 manticores are overkill at 1250pts, so maybe drop one, as well as dropping the armored sentinel, as it is nothing but a points sink IMO. I would try to fit in a vendetta for added ranged anti-tank, as well as maybe another vet squad

Just my 2 cents

Okay thanks for the advice, the Autocannons and the Armoured Sentinel are there because of the Battleforce. Should I exchange 1 of the Manticores with a LR Demolisher?

I lpersonally ike lots of regular troops with vets supporting but thats just my opionion. All vets are just fine if your aggressive which it looks like you are with all the chimeras. Thus, you do not need any heavy weapons so yes, drop the ACs. Maybe leave one AC in one vet squad if you need someone to babysit an objective and not move much.
And I agree, those 3 manticores are too much in a 1250 point game. First of all you'd have to screen them to protect them from deepstrikers, scouts, infiltrators and just plain infantry rushes because they should be your opponents target number 1. With all vets you really don't have the resources to babysit except with your CCS and PCS. I'd drop at least one manicore for a LRBT. It will give you alot more flexiability and still have the reach out and some touch someone power just like a manticore (although not as powerful). Plus, a LRBT has AV 14 making it much more surivable and takes firing off of your artillery, always a plus.
You can never go wrong with a Demolisher. If the cannon hits it wounds just about anything in the game and instakills anything with T5 or less. I love that thing, only problem is the limited range. That is why I always choose a LRBT before I add a Demolisher. I want to make sure I can be lobbing ordance blasts on the enemy round one with my LRBT while the Demolisher rumbles into range of the enemy. Course, that last bit was really just my preference. If you do just take the one tank, a Demolisher, I'd recommend starting it by the manticores (maybe even in front for cover) so you can try to blast anything trying to sneak up on them.

Ok so
Company Command Squad-90
Meltagun x4
Chimera-55
Multi-Laser and Heavy Flamer
Veteran Squad-140
Plasma Gun x3, Autocannon and Sergeant with Power Fist
Chimera-55
Multi-Laser and Heavy Flamer
Veteran Squad-135
Plasma Gun x3, Autocannon and Sergeant with Power Sword
Chimera-55
Multi-Laser and Heavy Flamer
Veteran Squad-110
Meltagun x3 and Autocannon
Chimera-55
Multi-Laser and Heavy Flamer
Armoured Sentinel-60
Autocannon
Manticore-160
Heavy Bolter
Manticore-160
Heavy Bolter
Leman Russ Demolisher-165
Heavy Flamer
I really want to keep the autocannons so that the Heavy weapons team in the battleforce does not go to waste.

I think the list looks a lot better with the tank in it to support the vets and to take fire off the manticores.
Could you scrimp up the points to put your ACs into a HWS? Those ACs would be a lot more effective if they were static and shooting every round. They could even help protect your artillery.

The way I see it, by putting the heavy weapons teams in veteran squads you're already wasting them. Personally I put them in HWS's but without a platoon that's not easily possible. If you plan on buying more guard in the future you could scrounge together a PCS and two squads so you could get a HWS but I don't think it would be worth it. You're gonna have to make the choice between an aggressive mechanized army like this or an army with more infantry if you want to use those AC's.
That's just how it is making a list, you gotta make the decision to use more vets or have the AC's. Well that's about it I think.

OK thanks for the advice, If you really think that the AC's are that much of a waste then I suppose that I will scrap them. What should I buy with the points, I was thinking about scrapping two of them, the sergeants assault weapons and then getting a PBS and giving them the chimera from the squad that still has there AC, camping that squad on an objective?

This is where it's up to you, I do like the idea of having one Autocannon squad still left to camp an objective, though you could consider adding snipers to it. (Not many people I've seen do it but it works for me.)
Also, a PBS is certainly a possibility but if it was me I'd add guardsman marbo, he's incredibly useful for smaller games and almost always pays off more than he's worth. In fact when I played another IG player he took out a manticore and a demolisher back to back.
Also you should consider downgrading to a scout sentinel, I've found that the ability to outflank helps with what I used autocannons for, popping rhinos.
I usually just make a list, play with it once or twice, then go home and analyze what I did and change my list accordingly. Also asking veteran IG players is a great idea.
