Say I have a unit of 9 wyches with a succubus. I roll a 6 for my combat drugs giving me a pain token at the start of the game. Does the discussed unit get two pain tokens or just one?

To be precise, when you roll for drugs, your Succubus and the Wyches aren't part of the same unit-they're entirely separate. If you choose to add the Succubus to the Wyches during deployment, each of them brings their own token to the combined unit.
