Put a special weapon in each of your
Tac Squads.
I think you meant Sternguard vets, which is a great choice w/ Kantor. Give them combi-weapons and heavy flamers. Put them in a rhino, not a Razorback. Even if there's only 5-6 in a squad. The rhino has fire points, so you can dump special issue ammo, combi-meltas and heavy flamers out of the transport w/out disembarking.
I'd drop the Devastators and the Thunderfire for Predators w/ Heavy Bolters, Dreadnaughts w/ x2
TLAC, and/or Land Speeders w/
HF &
MM, in any combination. Use any leftover points on unit upgrades and extra combi-weapon Sternguard.
