Basically you could use pebbles as assault marines if your opponent doesn't mind.

I would probably prefer pebbles if you're also running regular tactical marines, easier to keep track of what's what.

Of course it's legal if you give them CCW arms.

Ensure they are wysiwyg with bolt pistol and ccw and it should be fine, don't have ba codex but in vanilla codex assault marines can remove their jump packs to take a dedicated transport such as a rhino for free so..

The running legs aren't really a big deal. Several of my assault marines use the standard tactical legs. I would say that as long as the model has a jump pack and the proper weapons, you're good to go.

You could model your marines in Wheel Chairs, as long as they have everything in the gear list on the model. And it doesnt say they have to be running in their gear.

I'm both orderly and rational. I value control, information, and order. I love structure and hierarchy, and will actively use whatever power or knowledge I have to maintain it. At best, I am lawful and insightful; at worst, I am bureaucratic and tyrannical.
