I played against a BA player once. It was a kill point mission and after devastating one tactical squad down to two members, he hopped them in their Rhino, sped away 18", and hid them the remainder of the game.

He did the same with the remains of an assault squad. Two left and hightailed it into cover to emo out about missing the latest Twilight screening on Baal.

Hmmm... that woman is in blue, is she an Ultramarine? This could go to prove that the Blood Angles are worse than the Ultramarines....

Tactical decision is tactical.

your opponent was being smart and not giving up more Kill Points than he had to.

I play Blood angels and my opponents do this to me all the time, they fall back from a combat, and if I fail to SA or can't cause I have terminator armor on, they hop in a transport and zoom away so I do not get even more Kill points.

So no Blood angles are not cowards.

Perfectly good I Don't Want to Die tactics. Just not quite legal since you can't flat out a Fast vehicle on the turn a unit embarks or disembarks from it.

In all normalityness, No. They are not. My BA Get about 2 inches far in a Rhino, get out, run, and kill nearly everything. Then the tanks show up.

Actually my 9 ft ork Nobz think he looks kinda weedy, and heft their own weaponized chainsaws and powerklaws They also reflect on the fact that they probably outnumber hima tad

Marines don't scare me. The rules-writers sometimes, but the marines themselves not so much..

As to the fluff-writers.... now that's scary
