I was wondering if knows of a good alternate to Space marine heads and torsos that Egyptianesque look to them
but i dont really want to pay a fortune for them
So anyone got any thing?

well.... torsos, aint gonna happen. You either need to fork out, or make your own as far as i know. I mean, you can poots over to scibor.... but it will be pricey.
Thy of sculpting your own stuff, I am thinking you may have to go and get tomb kings stuff.

Their black lotus helmets might work... maybe.
