That Gold is really easy, but first you have to disreguard the guy with the Thunder Hammer as he used a test process and ended up lighter than the rest of the squad.

You simply undercoat black, paint the parts to be gold in Schorced Brown, then you paint on Shining Gold in multiple thin layers untill covered then wash it all with Devlin Mud and finish with shining gold over the raised areas. It's actually a much quicker process than it sounds.
