Hmm sounds like you like getting your sorcerer into combat.... Dont do that thats bad bad unless its last turn and you need a little help in a
cc somewhere but not until then.
I would say to protect your lord a whole lot better try this (yes this costs a bunch of points but hey he lives longer and hits harder).

If you want to drop 30 points off him drop the biting blade and the familiar.
Other than that he has great saves 1+ 3++ so he will most likely not take anything from anyone.
So for heroes you really want a little punch and support I would say use him as a
bsb rather than mr im going up there and killing stuff alone (he does not have enough gear to do so with 50 points worth of stuff).

(with this option give the sorcerer the armor of destiny).
His purpose is to sit in a unit give the unit some saves and be beastly. He does a good job of that with either set up, the 195 point one is more livable and ya very frustrating for your opponent.
Now lets build up a nice core.
So mon is meh expensive and dosnt do much for you -1 to hit is ok if you are up against shooty but in
cc it only matters when fighting against
ws 6 and ws3.
Since I am a strong believer of tz I suggest 1 unit of tz warriors and 1 unit of khorne warriors.
6 wide works the best I have found for warriors.

Marauders need to be in a big group 40+ try
