I had to defend the fact that I name my HQ units. Some TFG had a issue with it. And my defence was "Atleast i'm not the guardsmen player who has a name for each conscript/vet/tank that cries when it dies, I just name my HQ's"

Let me know if you really do get the sugar induced coma thing going on. I've tried, man I've tried but I never achieve anything more than a deep bass vibration, the sort where I can take four Tylenol PM and instead of sleeping for nearly a whole day I spend twelve or fifteen hours laying around listening to the knockout drugs and the caffeine/sugar fighting a war in my body. It's like having little bitty four-engine drug smuggler boats roaring through my bloodstream. Most unpleasant.

I dunno if I got into a coma I would be off in a magical land in my mind. I'd tell you all about it once I came too.

The biggest problem with me playing 40k was transportation. I could not get to the store at the times things happened. But im learning to drive. But after a long hiatus(im just relearning how to paint) Im going to be back in the game by the end of the summer. Im also trying not to play wow so much. Endgame is kinda boring. but when i have nothing to do but sit during summer it is hard. and im losing wait. Trying to cut down calories. There are some days when i eat as little 1200 calories. Hoping to lose quite a bit of weight and find a girl who is into the same things i am. It was kinda hard in high school but dont think it will be the same in college.

Shutter Island has a WTF? ending.

Going shooting tommorow, might see a movie too.
Ak-47, Remington 870 buckshot and slugs (that'll be hell on my shoulder.), P200 handgun, and a Glock 45.

You know what I'd like to see?

a WW1 version of flames of war. I'd totally play a Canadian army in that. And they should get a scavenger rule, for stealing gear from dead enemies.

THIS is also something I would like, German troops would get the fortify special rule. Due to their skills in defendig areas, and the Americans could get some rule about better equipment or maybe better health.
But the Canadian amry stuff sounds like a good thing, kill weapon crews and take over said weapon.

I was really pulling for Carwin. I only just started watching MMA (I get the VS chanel, so I can watch WEC too), and am obsessed.
But I refuse to pay a crapton of money I don't have to watch some fights that I can catch for free on the web the next week or read about.

Also, Remington 870 12 gauge. My shoulder is still feeling it. But firing from the hip is fun.

I would like to have a 15mm scale 40K game that uses the FoW rules. That would rule.

What's a good way to get into playing drums? I want to buy a kit, but I don't want to buy some piece of crap, or an electronic set...

I play guitar, I got a nice one at a pawn shop for about $50 and then a new amp for 60$

Anywho, look around online, or at pawn shops. Your first drums do not have to AMAZING. But get something so you can see if this gak is for you.

Spend no more then 300+ on your first drum kit, unless you can get a bargain.

I'm self taught, but looking for someone to show you first is a good idea.

I'm think I know which school I want to go to.

Either Las Crusas Community College (I plan on going to a local community college to get my prerequisites out of the way)
or University of Texas: El Paso.

Both have very nice looking grounds and programs in the fields I want to pursue (bio or writing). If I live with my brother in Texas, I can get in states rates for UTEP too.
Well, I have a few years left to figure this gak out.
