I’d almost agree but look at the very top part above the ornate bit. There is a bit of a contortion that looks too organic, more like a wrist or arm bit is my guess.

This is what I'm thinking. Some think like a blood reaver or kairic cultists level mortal.

The squidgy bit at the top of the picture looks like part of an arm.

Maybe a punch dagger style weapon with a big ornate hand guard (basket?) bit that slips over the hand/wrist?

Wrath and Rapture has new plastic Flesh hounds and Fiends of Slaanesh, but I get the feeling that won't be all. Seems a waste of an opportunity not to release a Keeper of Secrets and have all the Daemon range finally updated to plastic (heralds already have plastic version in their chariot kits)

My guess would be that bit is a claw/sword for a Keeper that'll be in the Wraith & Rapture set, along with a BloodThirster so there is a GD on both sides

There’s not going to be a £70 (at least) brand new KoS in Wrath and Rapture. We’re most likely looking at a £95 Blightwar equivalent box here.

Eh. I doubt very much that there will be one (let alone two) GDs in Wrath & Rapture. Thats a huge and pricey centerpiece kit, not something you stuff into a boxed game that will have only a slightly higher price point.

---
Math digression:
Boxed games are usually about $150, 2 lowest cost GDs would be $230, fiends and fleshhounds are probably (once they come out) min $30 each (and potentially much higher given beasts of nurgle are $40 each, juggers are 3 for $50 6 for $100 and flies are 3 for $60), so we're are nearly $300 (assuming an unrealistic lowest price point possible) value with nothing but ~10 models. Unlikely at best.

---
A unique herald sculpt seems more likely.

I won't be surprised if a Herald and Karanak will be the only 'unrevealed stuff' and likely the rest will be filled out with some existing daemon kits. An additional surprise or two for both gods would be nice, but it absolutely won't be two GDs.

--
I'd expect a Keeper kit to come out in roughly the same time frame, however, and for the fleshhound and fiend kits not to. Much like the two buggies in Speed Freaks, those will be used to push sales.

Could be more than one Herald type.

Nurgle got three. Regular, Sloppity Bilepiper (still love that name!) and Spoilpox Scrivener.

I did not realize Wrath & Rapture had a price revealed. I agree a KoS is thus unlikely at that cost.
Shame. It really is the final piece of the Daemon range that NEEEEEEEEDS a plastic update. Everything else has something plastic somewhere

It hasn't had a price revealed, but it's not hard to figure out the intention with the set.

We've already had hintings as to what it contains and that would put it at the Blight Wars price point. It having a KoS in it is incredibly wishful thinking that will just end up disappointing you.

You'll see a KoS come out--GW has hinted/implied as much. It just won't be in Wrath & Rapture.

It hasn't, but the marketing of the boxed games is pretty consistent (barring the limited Titanicus All-the-Things edition), both in price and what they put in there. A $115+ single model doesn't make any sense to include in a box set, especially not a new one that will sell in its own right. Doubly so when the major draw (probably for multiple copies for some people, and I include myself there, since I'm working on that army) is the long awaited plastic fiends and fleshhounds. The GW marketing team would want whoever proposed that shuffled off for a psych eval.

Going by the pan on the Wrath and Rapture reveal trailer, the contents are
5 flesh hounds
? juggers
10 bloodletters
Probably Karanak (unrevealed)

3 fiends
5 seekers
10 daemonettes
probably unique herald (or new herald type (unrevealed)

That's pretty in line with this sort of boxed game. Possibly slightly more than usual, but they specifically pan over all those things in the reveal trailer and say more unrevealed models (which is at least 2)
----
The KoS is clearly being set up on both game lines, it will be a big splash when it comes. But it will be available only as a $115-140 kit on its on (or technically a 1-click deal on the website, but whatever)

3 Juggernauts and 5 hounds is about equivalent to 5 seekers and 3 fiends. 10 infantry on each side, Karanak for Khorne and the Slaaneshi herald with harp that is in the art as leaders.

You can tell by the scale of detail on the glove that this is a infantry sized modle. If a KoS that is pretty under detailed for something that large.

They have said there are more new models to come in the box too.
Though whether that just means plastic Karanak and Harp, or two heralds each side (my guess), rather than new units.

New Fiends and Hounds, 4 characters total, then one more unit each? That add up roughly to the usual £95 ish cost?

Or two more units each (one more new one each..)

Time will tell..

The video showed Bloodcrushers, Bloodletters, Daemonettes and Seekers. Looks like it’ll be 10 bloodletters, 3 bloodcrushers, 5 flesh hounds and Karanak vs 10 daemonettes, 5 seekers, 3 fiends and the harp herald.
