Good: Freedom of Speech. I like being able to say what I want.

Second Amendment. I personally think that it has been misinterpreted by our government, but hey, I'm not in charge, so I enjoy hunting and the safe use of firearms.

Bad: Freedom of Speech. I don't like close-minded people screaming their viewpoints at me. Let's give radio talk shows to intelligent, thoughtful people, not the likes of Mr. Limbaugh. It was meant as a shield, to protect us, but some people use it as a sword, to hurt others.

It seems everyone in charge is afraid of change, or will use fear-mongering to prevent the advancement of mankind in favor of making money for their campaign sponsors. We know how to build ultra-efficient nuclear plants, but everyone is afraid of them due to fear and misconceptions about nuclear power.

Conservatism. Everyone is entitled to their viewpoints, but compared to the rest of the world, the USA is extremely conservative, something that I disagree with.

I don't see what you don't like about coffee shops. I mean, they sell cannabis, and it's legal.

what's bad: We don't have a government, etc...
What's good: ... I can't come up with anything at the moment, we have a bunch of retards TRYING to form a government, but the different parties just won't cooperate. We've been going without a government longer then even Iraq.

Maybe I have problems with it thanks to that Im living near Belgium, and there are a lo of people from there and hordes of French as 'drug tourists' here..

I use to live 5 min walk from Belgium, now I live 5 mins drive from Germany, I know drug tourism sucks. But hey just making my living.

I don't even use the stuff.

Bad: Weather, Government, Economy, 'Cribbers & Moaners', High Suicide/Cancer/Road Death Rate, Road condition, Rate of Tax, Car Tax & Insurance Costs, Currency, About 1/5th of the country is owned by the British! Levels of Drunkenness.

Good: About 1/5th of the country is owned by the British! (seriously cross an invisible line and magically everything is cheaper, there's NHS and better roads!)

Actual good: Sweet feth all. That's why I left.

Bad: the weather....way to cold.....except for last spring..xp

Good: low crimerate, few violance, good social system

Bad: extremly high taxes, bad politicians

The Good: Free High quality health care. Lower unemployment. Emphasis on renewable energies now. Prevalent culture. Very accepting of foreign people. Haggis.

The Bad. Weak economy. Spineless parliament. Many cuts to spending. High obesity rates. High rates of drug use and alcohol abuse. Many areas are slums.

I love america, it's my new home, and I love her, but, she's got some problems:

Crime in places like LA and houston is high, obesity is high, the president is spending our money like no tomorrow, and we haven't even raised the debt cieling yet.

But, it's still a good country.

Good: NHS, being part of history in such a major way, our armed forces.

Bad: Current government, weather, public transport, justice system-too gentle IMO, and personal-amount of time NHS takes to reply about job application. State of NHS in some places.

I think its safe to say that just about everybody has a problem with his or her respective governments...

Good: Texas, pretty much can own as many guns as I want (though only own one, a hunting rifle), the military, the bill of rights, land of opportunity, true freedom of travel, religious conservativism (yes I am a Jesus Freak!), colleges and college sports especially football, baseball, American movies, food, relatively cheap gas, choice of cars (or trucks), and the computer industry off the top of my head

Bad: California (though nice to visit), crime, government corruption, partisan politics, the national debt, inefficient and bloated social services and the entitlement mentality that goes with it, social activists who seem to think that just because it feels good it is good and to prove it demand the right to do it whenever and wherever they want, unfunded mandates and federal overreach, traffic, American TV (As good as American movies are, American TV is that bad IMHO), TSA, activist judges, the MSM, nut case actors and singers (to many to name),

The Good ? Well, it's France, best country in the world. Best place, best food, etc...

The Bad ? It's full of French.
