Here is a quick and easy conversion I did using the new Necromancer model. The staff was augmented with bits from the IoB Skaven Banner. The head and bell/mouse hand are from the Plague Monk command bits. There is also a plague rat with a knife on the base just to make it less graveyard like.

Enjoy!

Needs a tail. At the moment, it looks like a human wearing a Skaven mask and the Banner top(head) being flat-ish doesn't help.

I'd also suggest finding an actual Skaven head to put on it.

You're right about the tail. I have plenty from the old Mordheim skaven so I can easily add one. I suppose I could grab a Plague Monk head and use that but I was really hoping for a horned rat head and that's all I have currently.

See if someone on the Swap Shop has an extra Grey seer head(or even just the horns, they're a separate bit) from the Furnace/Bell kit.

But the tail is the most standout part.

It's looking good, I never thought about the new Necro as a base.

I could remove the hornes from the other plague monk banner bit and use them on a skaven head. Hmmm... could work... I'll have to see what I can come up with.

Okay, I swapped out the head with the horned rat from a different banner. This one looks more like an actual head than the previous. I also hooked him up with a rat tail and swapped out the rediculous bell with something a little more subtle.

Don't worry about the mold lines on the bells, I gave them a filing the next day.

Let me know what you think.
