Flashman is totally correct. I mean, how could you argue with that logic? Lock? Lightsaber. Stuck screw? Lightsaber. Bad guys? Lightsaber. Ocular surgery? uhm........ok so its been proven thats not a good use for the light saber

I don't think you get a free bow tie with it though, you have to acquire it separately. How about if a lightsaber came with a free bow tie?
I vote lightsaber, if just for the noise. Plus it's a sword made out of light.Light!
I can get a bow tie using my sonic screw driver... and it makes a far more awesome sound... and it's sonic!

Lightsabre: Removes Bad Guys
Device needs to be stopped? Sonic Screwdriver: Overloads the device making it spark in a specatular fashion
Lightsabre: Removes Device
Lead Villian holding the activation button for a doom device Sonic Screwdriver: Zaps the device out of his/her hand, struggle to get device ensues
Lightsabre: Removes Hand

It depends on what time-slot my actions will be in. Anything before the watershed will require the Screwdriver.
