I've got both the original Necromunda books (Rulebook, Sourcebook, and the expansion Outlanders) and I've downloaded and printed out the "Underhive" rulebook from the GW website.

There used to be a GW page detailing the rules differences but it's gone now. Can anyone link me to a page that shows the differences?

I don't have a link for you but can give you an idea of the differences.

Flamers and hot shot rounds no longer set you on fire (boo!). Speeds things up but it took away the best part of flame weapons.

The other big change was the clarification (sort of) of how to award XP for those weapons/situations that may cause multiple hits on a single model. No longer does your heavy get his second or third advance after one battle because he maxed out his shots with the heavy bolter against a single target. No more close combat shredding for mass XP when your leader get a hold of a juve who left home with just a combat knife.

There are changes to gang sizes and equipment too. I can't remember exactly what off the top of my head, but Scavvies and ratskins were heavily affected and the Spyrers got another couple of choices to play around with.

Some of the weapons also changed, for instance the original books used the sustained fire dice, hand flamer templates and shotgun scattershot templates. These don't exist any more, so aren't used in the Underhive book.
