Any rumors about the next codex? Tau or necrons?

Does anyone know what will be the next xeno codex? I would really love to start necrons if they get a new codex

I haven't heard or seen anything but following the tomb kings for fantasy my money would be on necrons.

I think Necrons need it more. On a seperate note I think this should be in the rumor section maybe.

Yeah agreed that this should be rumors but I guess since they're aren't any and he is just asking if we know, and that is why it's here. Also just because they need it more doesn't mean anything (although I agree they do.) After all how long until the DE got a new codex?

A little longer than necrons

Tau have had 2 codexes since necrons got theirs, but to be fair the 1st Tau codex sucked dirt

I want it to be Necrons, totally selfishly.

With so many rumours pouring out about the Cron dex, I'd like to think that means it's the Cron dex next.

Either tau or necron i don't mind just so long as:
A) It's a Xenos codex
B) The fluff isn't slaughtered
C) They become even more OP then spacewolves

Although all the rumors point to necrons, with more units like jetbikes and walkers, i just hope we don't get any more baby harnesses

Rumor is Crons in November now. Tau are supposed to be sometime after. Right now, you're safe hoping for your Crons to be next in line. If you don't mind waiting for fantasy to get Ogre Kingdoms first.

Of course they've been saying this since LAST november, and less vehemently for several years before that...

The codex, wraiths, flayed ones and tomb spyders are no longer available, so i'd guess that they will be in the first wave, whenever it gets around to hitting. The battleforce is up to $105.00, but i have no idea when it jumped.

Following the rumors, it looks like Necrons will be coming in before the year is out, and Tau may have to wait until 6th edition (Of course, entailing that they'd have to get in line behind all sorts of Space Marines, and even xenos with 5th edition, lol)

most of the necrons stuff has gone from the shelves in GW. Im gonna say thats a sign they are next.

I'm pretty Necrons are going to get a Codex, and then Sisters are going to get the Codex in the WD

Then you're in luck, because the rumormongers are saying that Necrons are the next Codex, and that Mat Ward is writing it.
