Very impressive work. The only thing that lets a couple of the pics down are where the barrels on some guns have been glued and not Greenstuffed over. In the pics they come out looking like mold lines.

But apart from that really nicely done. OSL is especially nice.

Looks great, but the muzzle-break on the LR Vanq's is facing the wrong way. They're supposed to be on the sides to vent the gasses to the sides. If they vent to the top/bottom, the gasses venting downwards will kick up a dust cloud that will obscure the gunner's next shot.

Lovely painting, really, but as difficult as it can be, I think you should try and suffer through the other aspects with a bit more care. Mold lines on the LR weapons jump out immediately and really detract from an otherwise awesome look.

Your decals could use a little more love, too, by the looks of it. I'm seeing some gloss surrounding the markings on the Eldar tanks which makes the decals really stand out as such, as opposed to looking painted on. Same issue with the CADIA on the turret in the 3rd image. The numbers on the LRs look fine, but the on the Basilisk, I'm noticing a bit of silvering.

Are you just using water or do you have a decal setting solution? There are several options out there and they'll really help with silvering and adhesion issues, as well as tightening decals down over surface details. Also, do you do an overall varnish of the models after painting? Glossing under the decal area helps avoid issues, but glossing over it afterward is what really blends it back into the surface. A final dusting of matte or satin varnish will bring everything back to it's proper sheen, depending on the finish you're looking for.

Some of the best work I've seen. Where did you get those heads for your Cadians? It's a very Imperial Germany-esque look.

@initiate in waiting - Yes :]

@oadie - agreed i cant stand mould lines and hate covering them even more lol as far as decals go i'm using micro sol and micro set. each model was shot pre final matte coat, so its still coming through somewhat glossy. Thanks for the response :]

@ Creeping - Thanks! I got them from westwind games after reading the conversion article here on Dakkadakka. gives them a real unique look :]
