Subject: WoC - Lore of Tz, Flickering Fire flame attack?

Hey guys. I read a lot of people posting about how for Warriors of Chaos Flickering Fire (sig spell) is great at killing single target monsters like Aboms, Hydras, lone heroes and the like. I was curious if its because the attacks are flaming? (I couldn't find any reference to this in our book and was curious if it is a flaming attack or not)
Or is it just because its better to hit a single target with it than a whole unit of troops? The name would suggest it is a flaming attack but I can't find it anywhere. It might not be but wondering if anyone has any idea on this.

That and you can get str 7 with 7 hits that will do bad thing to good people and any people in general haha.
That spell is just good times tree men dont like it also a tomb king running around alone on fire quite funny.

Oh I don't know... for the same reason that soulfire (warrior priest spell) and burning alignment (engine of the gods ability) are not flaming?

Daemon FAQ makes it so flickering fire counts as flaming too. As does the bigger version and Flamers' shooting. I think most people played it that way anyway, even before the FAQ. I know I did, as it was in the title...

It made sense that flamers had flaming attacks since why would they be called flamers anyways yes tz magic burns woot.
