I have a small problem when i use these banners as it allows the squad to automatically pass it's test to activate the force weapons but do you still have to take it or not

Do you mean do you have to roll dice? No.

Do you mean does it still count as having taken a psychic test for purposes of things like a psychic hood? Yes.

does it affect Draigo's sword and Daemonblades that are force weapons?

It depends when it is used and how it is worded, but if I recall correctly it will work for any IC's that have joined the unit, that have nemisis force weapons whatever their type.

yeh, DeathReaper got it right. That's how we play it at my FLGS, or at least how we interpret it (i think theres only 1 GK player)

DR - it only allows them to pass the BoP check, ICs have a different way of working according to the Nemesis rules.
