JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

It's a little closer than some might think. Using the best case scenario, this is what would happen:
1. Weapons don't "Get Hot!"
2. BS 4 has a 44% chance of hitting on target.
3. Out of 5 shots, 2.2 will hit on target.
4. Assuming an "On Target" hit will hit 5 Terminators, that becomes 11 total hits.
5. Wounding on 2+ will cause 9.16 wounds, which will cause 3.06 unsaved wounds.
6. Pack Leader Rapid Fires and hits 1.32 times at BS 4.
7. Wound on 2+, causes 1.1 wounds, which will cause .37 unsaved wounds.
8. Total unsaved wounds count becomes 3.43.
This isn't even taking into account that if the non "On Target" results only scatter 1" or 2", which would likely hit at least 2 models. Safe to presume it'll cause at least 3.5 unsaved wounds, which is more than half the unit.
But I digress.... I'd still give the Terminators the edge in this scenario, since they can statistically survive a full round of shooting from the Long Fangs, and the Long Fangs will likely not survive a full on charge by the Terminators.

Teleporting doesn't allow you to assault the turn you come on the board though. If that's the case, it would still allow the Long Fangs a chance to shoot before CC.
