I'm looking at starting firestorm armada, and I'm looking to start either Aquans or terrans. Does anyone have any experience with these 2 fleets?

I've just started playing this game myself and absolutely love it. I've only got experience of the Terran's and Directorate Fleets.

The Terrans are better than others at long range with their Torpedo's, and carry Sheilds and good Point Defence so in GW terms, get good armour saving throws. Thier smaller ships have limited arc's of fire.

The Directorate on the other hand, have no shields, but have a better fire arc's at short to medium ranges. So whilst the Terran Frigate can only fire in front, the Directorate equivelent has front, port and starboard.
