After having noticed a proliferation of E-book posts, I thought it would be good to start a poll to gauge interest in this form of delivery.

I myself have placed a request with "She Who Must Be Obeyed" for a Nook (inexpensive e-reader and lite datapad) as a Fathers-Day, Birthday, Christmas present. Ive used some at work (Ipad, Kindle, Nook) and would now like to start rebuilding my library in e-book format to save space/portability.

So, Im wondering if there are others looking to purchase E-books of GW product (novels, rulebooks, 'dex). I like the idea, portability for one and the ability to have updates made to the rules in real-time. Knowing how protective GW is, I'd live with a DRM edition of an e-book. If anyone wants to share, Id print a page or two or lend them the e-reader (much like a physical book). I understand there are "free" PDFs available online, but that is unsavory to me, I like to be "legit".

So what say you?

I own a Sony and would happily buy DRM ePub rulebooks and 'dexes if they were priced appropriately for the limited format (monochrome, no painting section, etc)

I use kindle for Android on my phone. I didn't know I could buy GW, BL books as e-books, and would have if I had known. Is this Black Library novels as well? If so, where can I get it? They're not sold on the Kindle store.

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

I have a kindle and have lots of ebooks. I much prefer paper, but it is so much easier to carry around a kindle

I hate reference books or anything like that in ebook form as it is too much of a pain to "flick" through, so I would not like rule books in ebook form.

On kindle for android it's really easy with hot-links back and forth between page references and footnotes.

I prefer the paper, but if the paper happened to come with an e-book I'd likely find a use for it.

The poll needs more options.

Asked for and got it.

MORE COWBELL!!

Id buy both, but would want to see 'dex/rules especially, would make it more portable than lugging around all those damned books LOL.
