Land Raider redeemer with melta

Libby and one squad go in raider while crowe steals that rhino.

I like the raider for its anti horde and resistance to fire, and I would like to use the libby to get +1 cover saves while flying up field. Basically have all the rhino's around the land raider is possible.

Any thoughts?

While I like the Librarian in most lists, I don't think he's necessary in a Purifier's list, nor is the Redeemer The 430 points could buy more Purifiers and upgrade their transports to Razorbacks w/ psybolts while using a (usually reserved) 'raven to deliver either Crowe or a squad faster than a raider and with a 4+ coversave on the turn of entry while moving 24" and still firing its melta.

I prefer the stormraven as well, though I do have concerns about an AV12 vehicle surviving for long. At least it's going to get a 3+ schrouded cover in most cases (unless you're firing all your weapons).

But whether LR or SR, I see the occupants inside as shock troops, either close-combat oriented or with incinerators to take out hordes. Consider configuring one of your purifier squads as follows:

5x Purifiers - 4x Halberds, 1x Hammer - 133

I think the 'ravens survivability depends on how much damage the dreadnoughts do to the enemy in the turns before its arrival (assuming its reserved), and of course in the turn it enters it’ll get off a multi-melta or assault cannon shot (or if the enemy’s pushed up the table and is in combat with the purifiers already, it might be able to move on 12” and batter any enemy psykers with Mindstrikes, or fire both melta and cannons and unload Crowe into assault to boot.

I’d actually prefer a list like one of jv2’s for a Purifier/Dreadnought build, but I think the ‘raven can be used (and making its squad a halberd-heavy one is a good idea and solves the excess point problem).
