Playing in a 13000 point Apoc game in a few days, running Wolves and Knights, my opponent is running Chaos Marines and Imperial Guard. Just wanted to get some opinions on the balance. Have a few extra points to fiddle around with. Some advice would be appreciated.

Should also note that I do have several other options available to me, we swore off Super Heavies, because my opponent doesn't have any, an I in turn requested no Vortex weapons.

I have a standard Land Raider as well as a Crusader, 2 DreadKnights, and 5 Dreadnoughts I am not using as well as more troops.

No Apoc vehicles? Warhounds or the sort? you are sure to face a baneblade and the destroyer hits will annihilate your armies.

Not really a fan of APOC. Seems like it is pretty balanced and seems to be a very long day of gaming.

Dump some of the vindicares. The maps on Apoc tables tend to be huge and their 36" is actually too short. Instead, get a few psyfleman dreads (venerable if you can afford).

Convert termies to paladins. They are much more effective. If you do this, you might as well get Draigo to make them scoring.

Don't DP the lascannon/MM long fangs. They do much better sitting behind cover (w/Logan for some S10 shooting). Swap out the MM for another LC or even ML.

Looks like a strong army.

Buy a baneblade, or something! Superheavies are awesome. Big space puppies are scary. The fast attack kind, the massive hounds that slaughter vehicles.
