Well, looks quite good. However, I'd give the Wraithlords shuricannon and scatterlaser (120 pts).

Why not the sword and star cannon?

I think Guardians are more effective in a footdar list, as you can get 30 with 3 platforms for the price of your 20 Dire Avengers, and when kept near the Avatar, they are fearless.

3 Wraithguards may be a bit overkill at 1000 points, they will be hard to take out. But i'm not sure if there potential damage output is quite there.
The Shuricannon/Scatterlaser is probably a better option, because you get more shots. I'm not sure if they sword is ever really worth it, its benefits just don't seem good enough.

Thanks for the input. I played several games today and eml and bl didnt work out so tomorrow I will try shurikan cannon and scatter laser but 3 wraithlords is a must for the amount of anti infantry they use at my store.

WLs with shuricannons and scatterlasers is my favorite pick, cheap and effective.

I'll also suggest using Shirucannon/Scatterlaser. That's 7 S6 shots each. For less points overall.

I'd also go with Guardians for low-point footdar. You can give them Conceal Warlocks, and move/shoot S8 shots with them.

Lol, I do too man. But I'm not a fan of Avengers outside of Serpents. They don't do anything for the first few turns that way. Additionally, you have some psychic presence for your Wraithlords if something happens to your 'Seer. In addition to giving you extra ranged firepower, which you can use while footslogging up the board.

You actually want the Guardians for the Warlocks to keep your Wraithlords active. Any opponent with half a brain will target your Seer (who is mighty crunchy and has no eternal warrior) and cripple your entire list.

I run a higher point list with this same core build. Throw some Storm guardians with the Seer and run them with the Avatar with a warlock with Conceal and Spiritseer. This lets your Seer do Fortune and Doom and he gets a cover save now, while hiding in a unit. Run two more Guardian squads behind it with Scatter lasers and Warlocks (Conceal and Spiritseer upgrade) and you have a pretty hard core and gives you 3 12" bubbles for your WLs.

I will suggest run two WLs with Bright Lances for anti-armor (and their BS 4) and run the 3rd with a Scatter or EML. I prefer only one heavy weapon, sword, catapult and flamer.

If you expand, I suggest War Walkers with twin Scatter lasers and Harliquinns.

Good luck, my list has served me pretty damn well so far, I am sure yours will as well.

Been playing 40k on and off since 89.

Guardians shouldn't be hated. They are just poets and philosophers.
