Does anyone know of a way of finding out shops that sell Vallejo paints in the USA? The Vallejo site gives you a where to buy, but unfortunately, all the results are in Spain. (just out of the travel distance I was hoping for). The shop I have bought them from in the past is no longer selling them and I'd rather buy them in person than online. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just check your FLGS - most stores here in germany not affiliated with GW carry the Vallejo brands - or maybe some crafts-store?

Very unlikely to find Vallejo paints in a crafts store in the US. Even most hobby suppliers outside of the wargaming crowd will not stock V. If your FLGS stopped stocking and you have checked locally (using GWs list of retailers is a good start, then Reaper, etc) if they sell the models they may carry paint.
Here in the US great paint suppliers like V and Andrea tend to be an online purchase unless you get lucky.

I get all of my Vallejo Paints here: http://www.maelstromgames.co.uk/index.php?act=cat&cre=hob-val&sou=cat
Yes, they are UK based I believe, but I always get my paints within a week, and they are very resonably priced, and if you buy $16 worth of stuff, shipping is free!

Have you tried The Game Castle in Londonderry? I haven't been in there for a long time, but I used to get Vallajo paints there. If that's the place that stopped selling them. I would look online.
http://www.miniaturemarket.com/games_workshop sells them for 2.45 a bottle, and last time I ordered it was 5.00 shipping to NH.

+1 on the warstore. Great service. Great selection too. When you order, order yourself some of the Vallejo Old Gold series. They are alcohol based, but the bed gold, copper, silver and white gold colors.

Thanks for posting the links to U.S. websites for Vallejo paints! Was searching on Google for where to buy them in the U.S. and when I saw Dakka had a thread about it, I jumped on to see what people had posted. Gave me a wealth of info to use when I'm ready to buy!

I use Vallejo paints exclusively for my miniatures. I use Vallejo Model Air paints with a hand brush and they're awesome. Especially the metallics as the grains are far smaller than GW and don't give that metal flake sparkle look I can't stand.
I also recommend the WarStore if you're in the States.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

I see this thread is super old but if you're still looking Hobby Lobby should carry around 30 colors and it's all colors you would want for the usual tanks, planes etc (all the ones in the Chicagoland do at least). Yey me.
For some reason it isn't listed online but they have it in store.
And they're pretty cheap ($2.99) and you can print off 40% coupons and use them infinite times (only once per visit/person though). $1.79 for a 17ml bottle of Model Color sounds good to me.
