Infinity is a futuristic skirmish game with extremely flexible rules and dynamic miniatures. It has the unique approach of allowing both players to play on either player's turn. No more sitting around and watching your opponent kill all of your minis while you just stand there and watch.
It also allows for a greater amount of flexibility in terms of what each miniature can do on the table, and it isn't as list dependent as most miniature games are these days. If you think a mini looks good, you can probably make it very effective on the table.
What's best about Infinity is that all of the rules are free to download online and you can build a complete army for about $50.
On 8/22 and 8/24 I will be running demos of the game all day, teaching people the rules and showing off a lot of the minis. There will also be prizes!!! I will try and hold an impromptu Infinity free for all game with the winner getting free Infinity miniatures.
Come down to Brother's Grim and learn to play a great new game.
Here are the Beasts of War Infinity quick start rules:

There could be some Hooligans participation. I have had some discussions with them and maybe we can nail it down by next week.

Well, I sent them two painted (beautifully, if I do say so myself) starter boxes (Ariadna and Yu-Jing) last year to be part of a prize for a competition in the podcast and, to the best of my knowledge, they've not done that yet!!

I wish somebody made some demos over my area. Maybe I should paint my models and do it myself!
Good luck with this initiative!

Good luck with these demos.
Infinity is a great game and the support of experienced players is key to "spread the word".

Same country! Knock on their door and tell them to release the f*****g Jotum NOW!

Well, that's technically correct, CB HQ is about 700km from my town. But I don't know any player here! Everybody plays 40k and WFB, M: TG and RPGs. Forever alone!
Anyway I'll let them know on Twitter about your concern on Jotum and Iguana LOL
Edit: I did it LOL
I needed 2 tweets actually so you are the second part, and Begoña Liste's answer: "hahaha come here, come here, but you won't achieve anything! "
It's something... :\

They are TAGs (Tactical Armored Gear) AKA big mobile suits. The Jotum is a PanOceania one that can be taken as a Lieutenant and the Iguana is a Nomad one that has a Heavy Infantry Pilot that pops out when it goes down. Both currently do not have released models and people that play the factions are eager to have them.

Since we're talking about TAGs, are there any other special rules I'm missing for TAGs other than they can be hacked, and that some can have pilots that pop out?
Looking over the rules, it seems they operate like any other model on the table, just bigger and vulnerable to hacking.

Yup they operate just like anything else with the exception of vulnerability to being possession hacked, some have pilots or operators, and Remote TAGs have to take 2 wounds past their STR to be complete destroyed. That being said, you will quickly learn that even though their stats on paper don't look terrifying, they deserve all the fear their models invoke.

So piloted TAGs can be possessed as well, right?

Correct, all TAG can be possessed with the exception that only CA can possess CA TAGs. You'll find the situation doens't occur too often though as it requires two successful back to back hack attacks (1 with the assistance of an EVO), but the BTS on TAG is usually very high.

TAGs also allow the selection of Remotes (REM) in the same way as a Hacker.

NB/ Ariadna doesn't yet have any TAG minis. However, those who've apparently seen the WIP sculpts report that they look seriously cool, because they're of a lower-tech-looking design to the TAGs for the other factions.

Can you share the reports of those who have (allegedly) seen the WIP sculpts of Ariadna's T.A.G.?
I am hoping it is as cool as I want it to be (!), and not some Exo-Skeleton Xenomorph Crate Lifting Avatar Wannabe!

I will also have a camera there as well as almost whole table's worth of new terrain. Most of the stuff at our store is 40k and Fantasy terrain. It's really well done 40k and Fantasy terrain, but the urban stuff is too grim dark for Infinity and I don't like playing in Infinity Jungles .

So these demos were a great success. I probably ran about 7 games between the two days and about four people will probably be starting to play the game. Not bad I must say...
