Mikal and the loyalist's quickly cut down the agents of the enemy in quick succession. 'Damn, I can't trust anyone out here, not even my own men....' Mikal thinks to himself, as the battle ends and the loyalists burn the bodies, Mikal makes an announcement "This was very close men, if those traitors had infiltrated our ranks they would've had us all slaughtered...or worse. From now on every man in under my command will be periodically scanned by the psykers for taint, no exceptions, if you refuse, we will shoot you and burn you in the name of the Emperor. That is all, get back to work and be vigilant, if you hear or see anything suspicious you come to me and tell ME and nobody else. Understood?" The imperial guard shouted their confirmations and went back to work, Mikal joined them soon, more weary now.

(I figure, nocturne, that the most veteran sergeant would take the command of the marines, there is no real reason to debate on who becomes the next leader unless two marines have the exact same experience, and even in that case most marines have a clear cut chain of command to follow anyway so there isn't any confusion.)

Mikal bowed to Sku' la for his hospitality "It would be my honor to help the mighty space marines of the Emperor in any way I can." With that Mkarth left his second in command to clean up the earlier skirmish and went to converse with the sergeants of the Space marines. When it was his turn to speak he took off his helmet and cleared his throat to be heard. "If I may, my vote goes to brother Sergeant Argosh, his leadership was pivotal to the defense against the daemons that have attacked us recently and his quick thinking has saved us from being destroyed by traitors. It would be my honor and privilege to serve under Sergeant Argosh as our captain. I have faith in him, as a warrior, an astartes, and a soldier of the Imperium."

nocturne & WARORK93
Argosh stands betwen two ranks of Salamanders and Imperial Guardsmen. The Librarien Sku'la and Chaplin Moltenith hand him the Captins Helm and his Weapons. Mikals men remain mainly pure expet for certian "exeptions". The Salamanders and Guard cheer for their new Captain and begin preparing for the next battle.

The Eldar and Shas blast down the door of a Cell Block. They save the Farseer but think of the aproching Chaos Forces but relesing the Prisnors would slow us down and them down

Mikal bowed again to the new captain "Congratulations brother Argosh, you deserve those." Then Argosh spoke of the prisoners, Mikal nodded. "Yes I think we should interrogate them too, it may give us some information as to the whereabouts of this scum." Quietly, Mikal took Argosh aside and spoke to him lowly. "Listen, those traitors of the Alpha legion we purged earlier, they're probably gone but there might be a few hiding amongst us, knowledge is power Captain, for now I think we need to make sure vital information doesn't get out to the men."

(Sorry about not posting, Super Bowl stuff going on in my city.) I am not sure of how I got here exactly. I was with a small detatchment to find a battle-brother who went missing. Something went terribly wrong and our Thunderhawk was shot down. I was the only survivor and had to repair my badly damaged armor, which is why there is no heraldry. I am so glad to find fellow Salamanders.

The three Imperials agree and go to the prisnors cell's. 3 Alpha Legion and Traitor Imperials are held in binder chairs.

Mikal enters the chamber with the prisoners, the guards salute him and the head guard speaks "Not a peep out of them sir." Mikal nods, he walks over to the first prisoner "The only thing keeping me from killing you right now is the fact that you may know something I don't. Tell us where your fellows are and I promise you it'll be quick. Resist and I will open up a world of suffering and pain you or your masters have never experienced."

WARORK93 & nocturne's wrath
The Librariens mind views vile things as the Karskin apper to be Possessed.

Warork Toxic Slayer and nocturne
The Karskin apper to mutate violently , they break out of their chains and attack the interogaters

and with that the brother salamanders Vel'cona and argosh charged in the possesed covering their brother with themself. Vel'cona used his abilities to pulvirize the possesed and he made his statement against a techpriest true. "i can snap your bones and pulvirize your flesh with not as much as lifting a finger wat is the power of engines compared to that" he did what he said snapping bones and pulvirizing flesh while covering argosh. argosh swinged hiss hammer into the enemies as if it weighted nothing smashing heads in and crushing limbs.

Mikal initially reeled back in disgust but quickly pulled his power sword. "Emperor damn these things!" He yelled as he swung for one's head. It jumped back and charged Mikal, but was caught by Mikal's reverse swing and its head was detatched from its body and it fell. Mikal pulled his pistol and shot the body four times just to be sure and spat on the corpse.

"That was truly vile." He said with disgust.

"We are leaving noone behind. Noone. I will set them free, so give me covering fire."
