I would like to put gasmasks on my gaurd about the size to cover their mouth and nose. Problem is i need alot and dont know were to buy them. Help???

Use the gas masks from the Cadian Command squad. You can also buy gas mask heads from Forge World, I have absolutely no idea what you mean when you say you can't find any, as they're on the first page of Cadians under Imperial Guard:

The Hazardous Environment kits are a torso with a head(or in the case of plasma gunners, the gunarms as well) molded on.
