oh and easy way to make quick nurgle marines not hig quality but fast is dhneb stone base cat with wash of canthan green. looks real good with very little effort

well i have posted a lot of pictures i think so time to do some RAMBLING

so i personally play Chaos Space Marines and Tau

tau are fun but they really are not a competetive army.

though i must say i kinda REALLY like Chaos Space Marines.

first off they have the best troop choices
my favorite is totally NURGLE

not only are they toughness 5 which makes them harder to kill they have feel no pain. that makes them really annoying. add in blight grenades which ignore charging bonuses they are AWESOME!!!

So finally got all of my plauge marines (form before finecast) glued togeather

ounce i have them painted or at least primed i will get some pictures of them up. they are not really any thing special.

oh and some time this week i will get at least one of my khorne bezerkers turneds nurgle done and will put a picture up of him

As to your question, I would like to see your PM's, they look really cool and nicely painted. Plus, your lascannon havoc(?) seems to be a really cool conversion too. One thing that I have to say is to please use better grammar (if you might suck, try! =D)

One thing however....I think you put a pic of a plague marine and wrote that it was a berzerker XD

i think i wrote that it was a Converted bezerker because i dont ever use bezerkers so i figure i would make more plauge marines.

i really wish chaos space marines could have snipers...i know they aren;t that good but it would just be so much fun

Infections, pus and parasites do not numb you to pain. Quite the opposite infact.. if you ever happen to have an infection, inflammation or festering wound, try poking the infected part and than a healthy part for comparison.

Toughness and/or FnP would be much more appropriate on Noise Marines (numbed to all sensations but the most extreme) or, most likely, Rubic Marines (cause.. literally.. they do not feel pain).

And even if you can conceive of an explanation of why followers of Nurgle become tougher and/or more resilient, it still isn't thematic. If you wanna bring disease, infection and rot to the gaming table, effects one should look for are poisoned weapons (infection), sapping/de-buffing of strength and/or initiative (aura-effects or again weapons), reduction of armour saves (rot & corrosion) or something along those lines.

As it is, Nurgle an all its forms and incarnations is pretty Fubar.

so have not been able to update with school starting

though for anyone who cares i am going to be getting a deamon prince and getting him painted and built, though that will take a while cause well i want him to be my centerpiece.

unfoirtunatly he wont be specifically nurgle only cause well the gamesworkshop nurgle daemon prince i am not really a fan of

but will be getting something up by this weekend hope for the best

oha nd if anyone has any cool, interesting, thought provoking blogs or threads they found/have pm me a link or drop a line in here always glad to see/hear/whatever you call it what other people are doing

so i will be getting the deamon prince this weekend on saturday. will post pictures asap

Daemon Princes are quite fun make sure to give him wings, also you could look into getting some green stuff to make the DP more Nurgle like.

There will also be a lot of bits left over so you could convert him quite a bit with just what you get in the box and some GS.

Remember to read up on using GS if you haven't before.

unfortunalty the deamon prince will not be strictly nurgle so i will be making him generic and just running him as what i want

so i got some more work done on some of my plague guys... not high quality pics sorry, i will try to get better ones soon

basically i gave them all a wash in vermin brown and it looks awesome. oh and the first one got some scorpion gree before the vermin brow

all in all it really looks good i think and it really makes them more plague like.
hopefullly some higher quality pictures soon
