Real quick question, which army's basic troops has the highest toughness stat?

Boston, MA

Marines, Orks, Chaos Marines and some Daemons have toughness 4. Plague Marines and Chaos Marines with mark of Nurgle can go up to 4(5) but I think that's the highest.

Daemons have the plaguebearers that are T5 intately. but the highest in most troops is T4, so any marines and then orks and daemons, like SRM said
