Pretty self explanatory really, is cities of death worth 20ish quid?

No! It's got some cool idea's in it, but give ebay a go before you pay retail for it!

But then, for me, the same book is twice the price so, go figure...

If you have a lot of city terrain or plan on making some, then Cities of Death is a fantastic expansion, but as Jihadnik said, try finding a second hand copy first for less money, or order from a discount retailer.

I feel sorry for Austrailia, that markup is ridiculous, but think of it as 'having nicer weather tax'.

Heheh! Good comeback! Too bad we can't play wargames outside. Just the other day I had a Magpie swallow one of my tactical marines that was drying on the balcony! I think he worked for GW because he was the one with a plasma gun!

Even if you don't have a lot of city terrain, it's worth it for the scenario and modeling ideas it will give you. I only have one Imperial sector's worth of terrain, but I've pored over that book a bunch. Some cool fluff in it too.

My god, thats never happened to me before, i do hear they like shiny things however, must have been the shiny plasma gun that did it for him.

Fear not though, for he'll be having a steamy night with his lady bird friend as she will be thoroughly impressed by the plasma gun he brought her

OT, i think the idea is very cool. Makes for good infantry fire fights. But for the book i'd find someplace cheaper then GW
