Good list, although I would give the noise marines some sonic blasters although that's more of a personal choice rather than a tactical one (I just like the idea of using music as a weapon). I would say thought that the champions in the regular squads should have PWs instead of PFs to take full advantage of their increased initiative from the MoS. You already seem to have enough anti-armor, so PFs are not really necessary. all in all though the list seems pretty strong. Let me know how your game with this army goes!

Well, looks quite good. But I would take two NM squads with doom siren and power weapon. The Rhinos would benefit from a combi-weapon or havoc launcher.
