Subject: Alex's Sisters of Battle Fandex - Work in Progress, input wanted

I've got a fandex for the Sisters that I was working on a while back, and I thought I'd start working on it again since the WD codex is so messed up.
For the moment I'd like to hear people's thoughts on the Dedicated Transports. I've got more stuff waiting in the wings, but this is the part that's most fleshed out so far.
Rhino - Everyone knows it. The Baal-pattern engines don't actually provide any real benefit for a vehicle equipped with a single storm bolter, hence the standard 35 point cost.
Immolator - Baal-pattern engines make the TLHF Immolator work the same way as in C:WH, but also applies to TLHB and TLMM. I priced it 5 points cheaper than the Blood Angels equivalent since it's almost the same, but can't go Flat Out.
Repressor - And now something new. It's got the same Baal-pattern engines as all other Rhino chassis vehicles, but with only a S4 Storm Bolter and S5 Heavy Flamer it's not a big change. It's also got my new Riot Plough built-in, hence the 25 point surcharge for heavier front armour and immunity to Difficult Terrain tests.
Samaritan - A completely new vehicle, this is an immigrant from my Warpath Order of the Shield faction, meant as a dedicated Sisters Hospitaller transport.
Questions:
- Do you feel the price of the Riot Plough is fair?
- How much do you think the Exterminator Pods upgrade should cost?
- Assuming the Almoness and her bodyguards are an Elites choice costing 50-80 points and providing a 6" FNP aura, how much should the Samaritan add to the cost of the unit for the added speed, armour and range of a rhino chassis?
- Is there anything I'm missing you think says "Yes, these are the Sisters of Battle"?
And one question for another section:
- One of my ideas to add some HSQ to the list is to make Saint Celestine indestructible. As in a 1++. And eventually getting back up even if you turn her into a squig or dump her into the Warp. Now, given that she'd still have a distinct limit on how much damage she can cause in six turns, and anyone facing her gets Combat Tactics for free (and so can choose to fall back as long as they're not Fearless), would this still be absolute game design heresy?

Looks good so far.
Riot Plough's pricing seems to be in a good place at the moment.
The exterminator pods, maybe 5-10 points keeping in line with the same thing the Tau get which is more effective making it's price more of a cap for the pods.
Samaritan maybe about 50-60 points.
I can't really think of anything to add in at the moment.
As for the Celestine idea, sounds alright but might end up a bit too confusing for the opponents. Plus just reading it's rules that way might deter many from even facing the codex.

I don't have the time to look over it or provide feedback (I'm putting together my own, 2nd, fandex as we speak), but I would just like to wish you luck. I know it can be an unforgiving process and you'll likely get a lot more views than you do comments, but good luck nonetheless*.
I will say however that a 1++ (or even standard 2++) is too much, no matter how weak they may be IMHO. I'd represent her another way, such as 3++ and 'resurrection' for example.
Good luck.
* I take back my wish of luck if you do a crap job!

Thanks, all of you.
It's a pity that what I had planned for Saint Celestine isn't practical. I was hoping for something that goes "Thud" when it hits the table without being overpowered, as befits a divine instrument of the God-Emperor. I'll get back to you when I think of an alternative.
In the meantime, a few more things I'd like your thoughts on:
- Does 145 points for an Exorcist that always hits the top (i.e. side) armour, and has the AA mount special rule in Apocalypse, seem fair?
- How about giving BSS one special weapon per 5 models, including heavy flamers? Would allowing two heavy flamers in a 10 woman squad or four in a 20 woman squad seem unreasonable?

I've added some more units to the "hopefully finished" file. A few points:
- Instead of the Book of Saint Lucius being a omnipresent 5 point upgrade I've made Stubborn a squad upgrade in the form of the Celestian Superior.
- I've increased the price of Battle Sisters to 12 points per model, but that's including free flamers.
- Dominions are 13 points per model, but they get free frag and krak grenades and Scout (stolen from the WD codex), and again, free flamers.
My currently planned units are:
