A quick set of pics, before putting the primer on tonight.

The MotF was sculpted up by John (see the Winterdyne Blog) and the servo skulls by me. I'm doing the paintwork, but am waiting on some VMA colours specified by the client to arrive. The colour scheme will be for the client's own semi-renegade SM army.
The bases are by Secret Weapon Miniatures.

Yeah. John built a set of upscaled armour parts which form the bulk of the model.

Servo skulls done. Maelstrom are awful on delivery times, this project will be stalled as I wait for the paint I need to get going on the Techmarine. Not happy.

The question isn't why do I kill. The question is, why I don't kill everybody.

They don't stock the Vallejo Model Air paints I need. I'll bear 'em in mind for other stuff tho. I finally caved and rang Maelstrom. They're splitting my order so I should get my paint either tomorrow (hopefully, but unlikely) or sometime on Monday. Either way, it's gonna be next week before any more progress is made on this.

Looks like you've got a hair or something on your camera lens.

Paint job looks nice on the skulls.

How big is he?

That's a 25mm base. He's substantially taller and bulkier than a normal marine.

one more thing
is the helmet plasticard or based off of the normal marine helmet?

The back half is a marine helmet, the front/face and antennae are sculpted. Look at the first post for unpainted pics.
