Is my HQ choice to killy?

First off the points aren't right you have alot more to spend. Second drop the NS everywhere as they have such a little use that they aren't worth the points...Flickers for everything. I think your HQ lacks direction. You have a nice shooty squad there with trueborn and sliscus. Personally I would drop the Dracon as he is a point sink and add in two cannons. Vect's role is CC as he just dominates there. If you throw your trueborn into CC they will get destroyed if the enemy gets swings. If you shoot to prevent that then the squad will walk through the enemy and be vulnerable to small arms fire. Vect needs a small group to do enough in CC to hold without losing to many guys. I see why you want Duke but honestly I would drop him and that trueborn squad for some incubi or bloodbrides for Vect and a Haemonculus or two for the wyches. Then use the extra points for some FA such as scourges or beasts or both!

Personally I like Shadowfields, they quit often save my vehicles, especially against things like bolters or anything strength 4+ with a range of 36" or less (which vs raiders, venoms, razorwings and voidravens / ravagers at rear can well be an issue.) while allowing it to maintain a decent firing arc without fear of them shooting back, not really insanely helpful against lascannons, rocket launchers or things that fire farther but hey - I've found them useful and worthwhile.

The very first thing that I see from your list is 600+ points in a default Raider. Not the Super Pimp Raider, but just a Raider. While it is nasty, an opponent that sees an opportunity to take out or even immobilize 1/4 of your army will take it, and that unit will die, hard.
The Wych weapons are illegal since you can only have 1 per 5 models. Their Raider doesn't have an FF, fix it.
Apart from that, it looks pretty solid.
