I'm going to run a little competitio-well, it's not really a competition as such...well, anyway.
The idea is that people can post pictures of their "proxy Daemons" here, and show them to the world, confident that people will know where to look for them.
So, what exactly is a Daemonic proxy? Simply put, it's a converted model counting as something from Codex: Chaos Daemons or Warhammer Armies: Daemons of Chaos.
For example:
Slaaneshi equivilents of Bloodletters.
A Khornate equivilent of a Great Unclean One.
Daemon Engines from the Forge of Souls counting as Daemons.
And so on...
The only rules are that it must be Chaos orientated, and each entry must be counting as something from Codex: Chaos Daemons or Warhammer Armies: Daemons of Chaos. It can be from either Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40'000.
I would post something, but alas:
A: I'm too busy with my Tyranids.
B: I don't have a decent camera.
Have fun!

I use plastic skaven as plaguebearers. I would post a picture, but they're unpainted and everyone should know what a skaven looks like

The above two are for my Khornate Daemons. The first are Charnel Knights (count as fiends), Khorne's hunters of champions. The second are the Goreforgers (Plaguebearers). These came about from a background piece in the Daemon codex concerning Khorne's champions who are unfortunate enough to die in their sleep/old age/other natural causes etc. (it's on page 9 FWIW). Clad head to toe in brass armour ( FNP), these are the first wave, the dregs, the bullet catchers, given one last chance to earn their right to have their skull placed at the foot of Khorne's throne. Their axes are somehow "drawn" towards their victim's necks (poisoned attacks).
These were a counts-as for fledgling Slaaneshi Daemon force. They were called Sunderserpents (Flamers). Never really came up for background for them as I sold them. The second were counts as Plaguebearers. Daemonettes clad head to toe in interlocking plates of indestructible chitin.

Wow. Pretty awesome stuff. Loving the Charnel Knights and the armoured Daemonettes. The background for the Goreforgers is pretty epic.
If you ever do Horrors for your Khornate daemons, here's an idea: armoured Bloodletters with rotary cannon-type-things. In fact, I'm tempted to buy some Bloodletters and assorted bitz and make some!

This guy, an old Beastmen pestigor, should probably work as a Plaguebearer. It's just a shame they are out of production.

Oh man. I would have loved to use these as fiends. However, I just finished putting together 6 chaos spawn to use as fiends. The models you posted would have been a lot cheaper and really cool.

And also a lot smaller. They're on 30mm bases.
