Hey guys,
I will be doing battle reports from memory/videos on 11th company blog/live stream. I played at the invitaional at NOVA and had a phenomal time with my daemons. Here is my list:

I wrote this list with the idea to maximize the ability to destroy as many units per turn. Crushers on charge should kill almost any unit, same with a princes as long as they aren't super durable or dedicated melee. Decent mobility with 4 flying monstrous creatures. Very little shooting. But everything has 2+ wounds, or T5, so it is a very durable list. But can go very wrong if scatters go bad or I play Strike GKs.

My first opponent was Simon Leen with Blood angels which were counts as Sisters of battle which were beautiful and very well done. His list from memory was:

Librarian w jump pack+sword and some other power

2 priests with jump packs

4 10 man assault squads with 2 meltas each, 2 squads with fists, 2 squads with swords.

5 man vanguard vets+fist+meltabomb+sword

2 5 man devs with 4 missiles


Our mission is Objectives primary, I think KPs, then table quarters. Deployment is pitched battle.
I win the roll off, I give him first turn.
He deployed both units of devs next to eachother in ruins, deployed 2 5 man combat squads of assault marines on his right, a 10 man squad behind his devs, and another pair of 5 mans on the left of his devs. Priests on both sides, librarian in middle squad to start.
He declares that his VV are deep striking, and another 10 man squad is deep striking.

Turn 1
He jumps all of his squads up to cover a good amount of the board, 10 man squad in front of the devs, 2 5 mans on my left jump up, 2 5 mans on my right jump up. runs a tiny bit, librarian moves from middle squad to one of the right side 5 mans.
My turn 1, I get my preferred wave of Fateweaver, bloodthirsters, 1 squad of crushers, fiends, plagues.

Fateweaver I place in middle of board behind LOS blocking terrain, he scatters about 7 inches northeast of his position into terrain. I roll a 1, make my save. Bloodcrushers drop about 6 inches to his right, they hit. Fiends I drop about 6 inches to left of fateweaver, they scatter about 5 inches backward. So out of his bubble. I drop bloodthirster in front and to left of fateweaver so in between fiends and fateweaver. He jumped about 7 inches on top of fateweaver. roll a 5, back in reserve. Plaguebearers I throw on an objective in a corner. I take a few shots at an exposed squad with fateweaver with gaze and bolt, kill 3-4. he passed morale. I run fiends into bubble, run crushers so they cant be pulled out of bubble and spread out, run plagues out of their little circle.

Turn 2

He gets his 10 man squad, he decided against rerolling to get his VV in. He combat squads them, throws 1 squad on his back right objective (my top left objective). They scatter about 7 away, other 5 deep strike near my crushers/plagues side to take out plagues next turn.
He moves his 10 man squad over to my right to assault my crushers since he has furious charge he will strike first, they are also joined by a 5 man squad with a priest. He throws the other 10 guys on left towards my fiends with a priest, 2 meltas and the librarian(my bad he was on the other side). He then runs his deep struck sisters since everything is farther than pistol range. He shoots devs at my fateweaver, he rolled about 5/8 hits. Not good, rolled 4 wounds. I made them all with rerolls. Pistols my fiends/meltas my fiends. Does 1 wound with 5+ rerolls. Same thing to crushers, does nothing due to rerolls and high T.
He assaults my fiends with 2 5 man squads with librarian(who he keeps out of combat for fear of rending) and his priest. With furious charge, and all the attacks, he does 3 wounds. I strike back, kill about 5 only. Win combat, he makes all but 1 fearless on both squads combined, locked.
He assaults my crushers with a 10 man, and another 5 man. He strikes first, does 1 wound. I strike back, doing about 5 to the 10 man squad, and 3 to the smaller squad, the big squad sticks, the little squad runs I think, Locked.

My turn, I get both princes in, no thirster or crushers, or plagues. Both princes go on right flank to overload and destroyt that side(DS off the icon that is locked in combat).
Fateweaver positions so that he can still give rerolls to the crushers/fiends and draw fire from devastators as bait.
Fiends are locked, crushers are locked, plagues just sit on objective and move a tad. Khorne prince runs, nurgle prince shoots some angels and kills 1 or 2 on the 5 man deep struck squad.
Fateweaver shoots gaze and bolt at 1 squad of devs to have them take morale, I then boon of mutation his librarian. I kill 2 devs, I turn the librarian into a beautiful creation of tzeentch. I place the spawn, devs pass morale.
In melee my crushers chew up all that remained of the angels/priest. My fiends reduce his left side 2 5 mans to 1-2 guys. They pass moralewith a 4.

Turn 3
His VV dont come as he decides to not reroll. Apparently wants the opportune time.
He moves his 5 man squad that lost 1 from shooting towards my plagues to destroy them, his 5 man int he corner hides out of LOS, his falling back guys regroup as they went too far out of my grasp. They regroup and hide out of LOS with the sanguinary priest who stayed behind (another mistake of mine, he stayed out of crusher combat as FNP doesnt help). He joined them, hid in the corner till it came time for objectives. He then fired devs at my khorne prince who was obscured from 1 squad, he pops 3 wounds off of him. No other shooting that I remember. In melee, my fiends finish off his angel sisters, and in the bottom right he charged my plagues with 5 angles+ pw, wipes them, consolidates away from me.

My turn,everything comes in (plagues, thirster, crushers). Plagues fit in my lower corner to hold my objective, crushers land on left side about middle line to go for his 5 man sister squad hiding there. Thirster lands left middle about 8 inches from fateweaver. I move khorne prince towards the 5 sisters that wiped my plagues, move my crushers up the middle/right to kil ldevs and his hiding angels. My fateweaver walks up centrally to just shoot and keep stuff safe. Fiends attempt to guard my last troop in my back corner from VV. Nurgle prince goes after a 5 man squad that was in his deployment zone I think...kinda forget what he did..
Fateweaver gazes away a few more devs, crushers wreck the other squad of devs, out of range of hiding sisters. Khorne prince charges and kills 2 angels..dies to a power weapon after failing to kill enough. Nurgle prince..i cant remember, probably killed something like a 5 man squad somewhere. My spawn tries to make his way towards his devs, doesnt make it all the way.

Turn 4
VV come in, try to land 6 inches from my plagues to assault and wipe them, he scatters into them..rolls a 1...they die....well that was his last chance basically since I only had 1 troop. He knows that the tide is really working against him. All he has is a 5 man squad hiding in his back corner, and a 3 man squad with priest in his other corner about to be caught/cornered by crushers since I consolidated on top of an objective. For fun he missiles the hell out of my spawn, tries to jump on top fo the objective I dont have surrounded (yet). and covers the one in my corner.

My nurgle prince goes for my back right objectives, wipes them with daemonic gaze. fateweaver hops up, flamers/gazes/boons for fun the devs, all die. Crushers/thirster encircle the objective he just jumped to. Other crusher just encircle the other one for fun.
Thirster and crushers wipe his 5 man. All he has left are 2 sisters and a priest. In his rear corner.
They make a valiant attack at my crushers, they do a wound...and die to the oh so strong bloodcrushers.
Massacre.
Not a good match for him, great match for me. I get 1/5 objectives, 4/4 quarters, and 1750/1750 VPs.

Table 1 next round against Brad Nicols and his Deathwing who just beat Tony Kopach.....

My next game was on table 1 against A deathwing army run by Brad Nicols, a stand up guy who played well and was a very good sport like my last opponent Simon Leen.

Belial+TH/SS
+Command squad with banner, cyclone and..all TH/SS + a chainfist

4 deathwing squads with 4 Th/SS and 1 chainfist, cyclone on a TH/SS terminator

2 speeders with missiles+multimelta
3 bikers + 2 meltas
1 Attack bike with multimelta

Mission was KPs, dawn of war, secondary was..objectives maybe, or quarters. Dont remember.

He won the roll off and gave me first turn on dawn of war which I am fine with.

Dawn of war Deployment

He deploys His command squad with belial in building in the top left building on bottom floor, and deployed another squad in the middle terrain piece on his side, and last squad in top right terrain piece. All in cover with decent Los to shoot missiles. But he kept them cloce to middle of board so he wasnt very spread out.

Turn 1
I get fateweaver, bthirster, crusher, fiends, plagues.
I put fateweaver concealed by the middle piece of terrain, but with LOs to belials squad for pot shots, and to get him in perfect position to support where i hoped to put my other units. Plagues went to an objective in terrain, 1 died to dangerous, fiends scattered back 10 inches, ran into 6 inch bubble i think. Crushers I dangerously put about 3-4 inches in front of fateweaver on top of terrain to draw his fire and be a huge target. They hit. Thirster I put on other side of fateweaver about 8 inches away from him, he scattered 4 inches up. ran into fateweavers bubble after he shot to block LOS from missiles.
Crushers ran, fiends ran, plagues ran, shooting did a wound or 2. made both saves. His turn

His up, his stuff walks on, one terminator squad walks in-between his squad in top right and middle squad, other squad is deep striking. Speeders ride on 6 inches besides each other almost in the middle. Bikes move up on belial side to support.
He missiles up my crushers and multimeltas with everything. Does 1 wound after rerolls and stuff. Good rolling helped, should have taken about 3 wounds. But rerolls make life easy

Turn 2
I get my Bloodcrushers only, I drop them up in his face right in front of belial off the icon.
I then move plagues to sit onmy objective to do nothing, move up my crushers 4 inches through terrain.
Fateaver jumps up inbewteen the crusher squads to get shots off, and make sure they are both in his bubble regardless of where they get charged.
Bloodthirster jumps over the newly arrived crushers and up in front/side of fateweaver to tie up some deathwing and kill them hopefully.
Fiend get out of terrain and make their way across the board to go take on a squad by themselves on the right.

Fateweaver takes a shot at the speeder with bolt, gazes the bikes, breaths the closest terminator squad. Breath hits 2, doenst wound. Gaze kills one biker, bolt destroys the missile launcher.
Crushers dont make the assault, bloodthirster assaults the squadI breathed, fiends assault the lone squad in the building.
Fiends do work and get them down to 1 model after 36 dice, bloodthirster kills 1 I think. Takes maybe 1 wound in return, cant remember. He was withing 6inch of fateweaver btw so he had a bit of extra durability.

His turn,
He moves terminator squad by fiends towards my fiends that are locked, 1 speeder moves with bikes around behind belial. He brings belials squad towards my newly arrived crushers and get into position to shoot/assault them.
Gets some shots off on crushers, maybe does a wound, takes a few meltas at fateweaver and some kraks, no wounds. Make all saves with rerolls, maybe about 5-6 wounds.
Assaults my fiends with his terminators, assaults crushers with belial and his squad, keeps belial out of combat.

Fiends die but take the lone terminator and 1 from the other squad I believe. Thirster kills another while taking another wound.
Belials squad fails really hard with hitting and wounding, he does 2 wounds while I do about 4. I win combat, makes his fearless saves

Turn 3
Roll for reserves/deep strikes.
I get my khorne prince and plagues I think.
Plagues go in my bottom left corner to sit on the objective and in that quarter.
Khorne prince comes off an icon behind crushers/fateweaver.
Movement, my plagues shuffle around, fateweaver jumps into terrain, hurts himself. Makes his save. Prince runs, crusher move towards the squad engaged with the thirster.

Shooting, fateweaver boons belial, flamers the bikes, bolts the speeder. Boons hits and he rolls a 5...Chaos spawn! My bolt hits, pens, ap1, destroys it. Flamer does nothing to the 3 bikes. Bloodcrushers miss the assault 2.1 inches away. Fateweaver charges belials squad to tie him up, or kill a termie or two. Good shooting from fateweaver just hurt my opponent, alot. Lost belial and a speeder. 2 big KPs in 1 turn.

Assault, my crusher and fateweaver polish off the squad formerly known as belials. he misses 3/4 invulns. rough rolling for him. About average for me. Consolidate out of cover, fateweaver sits due to 1 inch consolidation.

His turn, his terminators come in, deep strike in my backfield to try to catch my plagues and steal that quarter/objective. Taps his dice for thinking...
Speeder runs to side where my fiends died and his 2 squads prevailed. 4 man squad of termies that are disengaged move away from my swath of daemons. Bikes turboboost to side where belial got spawned to draw an easy KP and get out of range of crushers.
He wisely disregards my crushers due to them being almost full strength and that type of shooting is not the board.
Bloodthirster takes a wound in melee, down to 1 now. He hits 4 times, wounds all 4, 2 die. makes his fearless.

At this point the KPs are about quite one sided since he has only killed my fiends, and I have killed 2/4 troop squads, and his command troop squad, along with belial and a speeder. So, he will have to play some real clever 40k to pull out a win against a rough KP list.

Turn 4
Nurgle prince comes in to assist plaguebearers who just got scared off by terminators. Will use him to counter charge the terminators if they catch my plagues and to take some pot shots with gaze.
Fateweaver walks out to terrain to shoot his bikes. Khorne prince runs towards the top right squad, and the speeder. Crushers move towards that squad also, but roll low for terrain, so decide to finish off the terminator in melee with thirster to see if we can keep him alive and destroy the last termies for sure. Nurgle prince takes pot shot at newly arrived terminators, does nothing. Plagues run away a good 5 i think.Plagues on left shuffle towards the objective, other plagues run away from his newly arrived terminators.

Assault phase, my crushers finish off the last terminators with the thirster, khorne prince runs towards termies/speeder. Spawn has to assault the bike squad, he goes last, takes a wound from the meltagunner, then rolls a 6 for attacks. it was cocked, reroll, roll a 6. My spawn is beast, literally. Hits with 6, wounds with 2. Both good. He takes a fearless wound.
Thirster finishes off the terminator, thirster consolidates 1 inch, not out of cover. Crushers consolidate towards the khorne princes prey.

His turn, he moves bike to pop bloodthirster, he shootsmissiles across to pop thirster so his bike can either hit thirster or fateweaver. He nails thirster with typhoon. goes down, then he shoots bike at fateweaver, 1 wound, made the save. terminators on right pop khorne prince with the missiile, do 1-2 wounds. Runs terminator towards my plagues who are anything but slow and purposeful. Bike who shot fatey assaults him, both lock combat. Spawn beats the bike squad in melee somehow, 4-5 attacks, does a wound, fails his fearless. Consolidates towards the bike who just assaulted fateweaver.

Turn 5
Bloodcrushers move towards the deathwing squad by the speeder, prince jumps his 12 towards the last speeder. Nurgle prince delays by just jumping back a bit more. combat with terminators, lets them chase plaguebearers more to draw them closer to my bloodcrushers and my princes.
Fateweaver tries to boon the bike with him, he makes his test, nurgle prince takes shots at the terminators, does nothing. Spawn assaults the attack bike, spawn survives, fateweaver kills bike with soul devourer. Spawn prevails, good ol belial is living through my spawn.
Khorne prince assaults the speeder, hits 3 times. 2 pens and a glance. It gets destroyed due to pens. I tried to consolidate like a genius, my friend who was watching my games came over and asked me if I am allowed to consolidate. >.< Love being smart while being recorded.

So he has 2 squads of deathwing left, both of which will kill their targets this turn. One khorne prince with 3 wounds, and 3 plageubeares within charge range.
He shoots my prince, takes a wound.
Terminators make it into assault with prince, kill him dead. While I do 1 wound which he saves. Consolidates 6 inches away.

turn 6? I guess its turn six and we didnt roll, not 100% sure. I guess its 6, maybe I am wrong, could be 5. Plagues run away more, my crusher on top go for his squad that murdered my prince, my prince jumps over to assist the crushers. Shoots with gaze, 2 wounds, makes both saves. Fateweaver doesnt do anything.

I assault terminators with my prince and 4 crushers. terminator squad should goes poof when attacked by that many power weapons and a poisoned nurgle prince. He does a wound, but crushers are fine and prince is fine. He is left with 1 terminator locked with all my crushers with prnce out of combat since the last terminator was too far.

his bottom, his final squad catches my plagues and smashes them with hammers. then the lone terminator is slain. So his last squad is in the middle exposed.
Next turn, game goes on, I throw my crushers and my prince at the last squad. Fateweaver helps out to give them rerolls and shoot them a bit.
I shoot them a tad, assault them with crusher and prince. Squad takes none from shooting. Then assault them with crushers and prince. Squad dies, I take the massacre, all deathwing sadly died. Was a rough game for brad. Won killpoints, had all 4 quarters, had 1 objective.
Win for daemons again..whoooo

2-0, tabled both opponents. I Will be on table 1 again, this time against a modified mech eldar eldar played by Marc Tomlinson.

Game 3!!
I am on table 1 again somehow by the power of greyskull. 2 tables so far and I get to be on live cam again...yayy. I get to be watched and critiqued by all the players who get to watch. It was actually kind of fun to be on table 1 honestly, minus the fact if I ever said something stupid or wrong I was kinda wincing after.

So, on to the game.
This game was against a very clever eldar player by the name of Marc Tomlinson, he played an interesting eldar list that had a few wrenches in the normal eldar scheme.
His list from memory was:

Prince Yriel
Farseer, doom guide, fortune, runes

5 fire dragons
big squad of harlequins, bunch of kisses, shadowseer or whatever

dire avenger squad, exarch, storm
dire avenger squad exarch storm
Both in wave serpents, 1 with bright lances, 1 with scatter lasers
3 jetbikes, 1 with cannon

falcon
fire prism
2 war walkers with scatter lasers.


Okay so we are on table 1 again, so same terrain as always. Deployment is spearhead, the objective is table quarters, secondary is..objectives I believe then kill points.

we roll off. He wins and takes second turn wisely. I give him the top right corner with the worst piece of terrain for holding an objective since I can always have LOS to him. I get a corner with a building where I can hide my plague from LOS.
He puts yriel and the farseer with the harlequins. he deploys with pathfinders on top of the terrain for LOS, he puts the harlequins behind the ruin in terrain to give them cover and keep them mostly out of LOS. Warwalker on his long edge along with a wave serpent full of dire avengers, On his short edge he puts his falcon full of fire dragons, and his other wave serpent full of avengers. His prism goes more towards his corner.

I deploy....nothing.
No scout moves or anything....
(my memory of this game is not perfect, sorry for errors and mix ups ;/)
Turn 1
I choose fatey, thirster, crushers, plagues..and I think thats it... I get the right wave, 3/3 so far is pretty damn good. means I am due next game :/

Fateweaver lands right near the middle terrain piece, attempting to stay out of LOS. he scatters a few inches forward putting him out in the open to his whole army. Seeing this I have to get really risky since I know I cant be conservative. I need to put something in his face. Fateweaver is about 15 inches from the front pathfinders. So I drop my crushers about 5 inches from fateweaver, and about 8 from the pathfinders. They hit. Okay, blood thirster drops on fateweavers left side to put a threat over there and draw his fire away from fateweaver. He scatters a few inches, but his run gets him back within 6. Plagues go in the bottom right corner on the objective in an attempt to cut off his escape for any jetbikes or foot units.(which later fail to win me to game)

I think thats all I deep strike, I might have deep struck my khorne prince in the top left corner to hold that corner and scare off anything there.(but i honestly forget if I deep struck anything else..Sorry :/

I run to spread out my crushers, run thirster to get within 6, run plagues to get out of b2b to avoid fire prism doom. Fateweaver throws a bolt at a warwalker/tank, either missed or failed to damage, I forget. He gazes the pathfinders, killing one. Solid deep striking, no real damage yet. Im in position to kill stuff, or make him run from his corner in an attempt to survive.

His turn:

He moves his harlequins in terrain, doesnt want to engage yet. Warwalkers move a tad for better LOS on fateweaver. Falcon gets into position to hit fateweaver. Serpents ride the board edge away from me on both edges. (one on his board edge, one on his short edge) Nothing disembarks yet. Just shoot and avoid combat. Good choices by Marc.

Shooting, pathfinders open up on fateweaver, 1 rend maybe. Make the single save. He shoots the prism at the crushers i think, no damage inflicted due to cover and rerolls. Warwalkers inflict about 5 wounds on fateweaver, I make them all with rerolls thankfully. (they were the scariest thing on the field minus bladestorming avengers on a doomed fateweaver) He throws a serpents fire into him, nothing. After this he says screw it and starts shooting other parts of my army because he knows he doesnt have enough shooting to scare fateweaver off the board.

His shooting does literally nothing this turn. I couldnt ask for a better first turn of shooting. (from memory, he might have wounded a crusher, but I really dont think so...)

My turn 2:(EDITED THIS TURN, MADE A MISTAKE)
Fiends come in, nurgle prince comes in, crusher do not, plagues maybe?(doesnt matter)
Fiends drop off the crushers in front of his right side(short table edge) I was hoping they could hunt his tanks down and tear them up with rending and insane # of attacks.
Plagues go in the bottom left corner on the objective to do what they do best.
Prince deep strikes off my icon from crushers into terrain(added part) behind the fiends.

Fateweaver jumps up 12 in front of the pathfinders, crusher move up to murder their faces. Thirster jumps up to get into position next turn to assault a squad, or war walker, or a serpent if he doesnt move it far enough.(still within 6 inches of fatey)
plagues sit on objective/move towards my table edge to make a wall so they can maybe catch something. fateweaver bolts a warwalker, gazes them also, and breaths the pathfinders. Kills a pathfinder, blows up one war walker. Nurgle prince gaze kills 2/3 bikes sadly, the 1 bike is left(horribly important later
No other shooting, fiends get a 1 inch run, I try to get them withing 6 inches, they make it, but assault phase would be bad news bears from the right side.

Bloodcrusher assault pathfinders, they go poof, I consolide half behind the ruin, half in front. So I am within 6 inches, and get a 4+ cover along with moving closer. they are in good position to catch the harlequins next turn.

His turn 2:
He moves wave serpent on his board edge to get shots on my khorne prince who came in on turn 1 I think, I honestly cant remember when he came in.
he moves his fire prism to get shots on my fiends/crushers on his short edge. Moves his harlequins to surround the right side of my fiends to draw them possibly out of the 6 inches of fateweaver in assault, dooms the fiends I think, guides the warwalker? lets just assume he does this since I cant remember all of his psychic powers.
Falcon moves to firing positon on his short edge while unloading fire dragons to unleash on my nurgle prince, Moves other wave serpent on his short edge to take some more shots at me.

His shooting phase destroys the nurgle prince with the serpents/fire prism/falcon. Not much other shooting.

Harlequins charge my fiends with yriel and farseer, my fiends get massacred since harlequins are at I6 while im at I5. He wipes them, consolidates into a wall in front of fire dragons and other crap.

my Turn 3:
My crushers dont wanna play yet. They hold in reserve. Everything else is on the board.
Khorne prince decides to play hide and go seek with the wave serpent. He could jump out and charge it. But then the dire avengers would smoke him next turn. So I hide him to deny him moving any closer, he stays in the top left corner behind a building. Plagues in bottom left chill, plagues in bottom righ move to assault the last jetbike that turboboosted last round, roll a 4 for movement. Fateweaver jumps over to flame the harlequins/firedragons while booning yriel, and bolting a tank. Crushers get a 4 to move through terrain to charge and destroy the harlequin squad, now about 2.5 inches away. Bloodthirster jumps to where other side of harlquins to charge and decimate them for sure.

Shooting, i flame 3 harlequins and all 5 fire dragons...i would 2 harleuqins and 2 fire dragons >.< Was hoping to wreck the dragons with that. He makes a 5+ on the harlies and I only kill one. The bolt does nothing, the boon..turns yriel into a pretty llittle chaos spawn! So, that was hilarious. I now have another chaos spawn. 3 games in a row...Librarin, belial, and yriel in 3 games...Awesome.
No other shooting.

Assault phase, my bloothirster makes the 3 inch charge. My bloodcrusehers..roll a 2 and a 1...they miss assault by half an inch. Fateweaver decidee to assault. he makes it. The harlequins are now in a line, with 3 in B2B and the others holding coherency. Plaguebearers roll a 6 to assault the last jetbike, who is worth full points since he is a troop. They are literally exactly 6 inches, it is a very very close measurement. The Judge says they are out of range. Bummer, but thats the call, and it was absurdly absurdly close to in/out. Bloodthirster murders 3 harlies, fateweaver pops one. I win assault, they flee. I stay within 6 to let them run far. No other assaults. I am happy they are running, but I would prefer to have wiped them out with crushers so I get the charge move. With consolidation they would have been in great position, but now I have to deal with psychic for 2 more turns.

His turn 3:
farseer/harlequins fall back another 5-8 inches. Still on the board. Probably have about6 inches till off the board. They throw guide on a tank maybe, and throw doom on my bloodthirster who is out of combat now since the harlequins ran.
Fire dragons back up a bit away from my stuff and into positon to wreck my thirster since I couldnt make consolidations into 6 inchs of fatey due to keeping the eldar falling back. Dire avengers disembark on his short edge half behind their tank to unload on my thirster. Fire prism goes towards my bottom right corner to shoot stuff and get into better positioning for later game. The lone jetbike gets out of dodge and turbo boosts to my board edge about middle of board straddling the table quarter edge. Falcon turbo boosts away following the prism. His wave serpent playing hide and seek with my khorne prince moves about 6 inches away to prevent any chance of assault and take some shots across the board at my stuff.

He unleashes hell at my bloodthirster, 3 fire dragons, full bladestorming avengers, 1 wave serpents lance and he takes all 4 wounds off. I forget if either of us rolled well or poorly, all i know is he was very very dead. Oh also, he wastes the chaos spawn too with the other wave serpent on his long edge, he didnt want to deal with it running around, smart choice.
No assault phase.

Turn 4:
My final bloodcrushers come in, they deep strike about 10 inches to the right the center objective off of the other bloodcrushers icon. I put them there to get into position to help hold whatever quarter needed help plus get them within 6 inch of fateweaver if they take some fire. (This move in retrospect was not that wise)

Fateweaver jumps towards the disgorged dire avengerd/wave serpent. To flame/bolt/gaze them and wipe them off the board while hopefullying wrecking the tank in assault(only moved 6)
The bloodcrushers had to choose, either decimate the 3 fire dragons or move to make sure the farseer/harlies run...I chose to get rid of the arlies, so they moved up to within 6 for next turn. I didn't mind a few more meltaguns as they dont bother me that much as a farseer and harlies.
Khorne prince plays hide and seek..stays out of LOS and doesnt want to lose another wound to be cut to half points.
Plagues shift around in bottom left, plagues in bottom right try to move towards fire dragons to assault and eat them, roll low for movement, will need big assault.

Shooting, fateweaver flamers the avengers, bolts the falcon, gazes the avengers as they need to die. The bolt does nothing or misses, the flame only catches 5 or 6, I thought I had more but judge ruled against (shrug). I kill all but 1 of them with flame/gaze(got cover save from gaze, I didnt think he did, but judge ruled). So one survives, he is worth full points as per NOVA...and 6 inches to assault would be close/out of reach.
So my rules calling sucks this game, i obviously don't know my stuff. >.<
The dire avenger makes his leadership check sadly. I dont have any other shooting.

Assault, the plagues go for the dragons, they miss. I go with the assault on the falcon in hopes of immobilizing it, or more if I am lucky. I hit twice, once pen, I get a stun...he has the eldar extra armour..Which means next turn the avenger hops back in his ride and turbo boosts away. SO i did nothing to him this turn victory point wise. Thats over 300+ points that is going to make a hude difference, gotta make it up somehow now.

His turn:
His farseer casts doom on my newly arrived unit of crushers through a building, i forgot that you dont need LOS :/They run off the board finally. He disembarks his dire avengers on his short edge who are all just inside of 18 inches. Fire prism gets into position to pop the crushers. The lone jetbike shuffles around to pop some shots off too. Falcon with the avenger inside runs away into my bottom right corner...

He unleashes a torrent of fire from avengers/wave serpent/fire prism/jetbike/eldary goodness. Into my crushers, with doom he rolls quite well. I dont make many saves, they get down to 2 models one of which is wounded. A bit more damage than I expected, but its all good. No other major shooting, oh and his dragons tried to take pot shots at the crusher squad also, they did some damage Im sure.

Turn5:
I stare at the board for a few minutes calculating some points for quarter control to see what I can kill/keep/hold. I decide that the khorne prince can try to hold/contest the top right corner. If he wants it he will have to wound him and leave the avengers there, or keep more than 1 unit there. SO i hide him in terrain hoping to get a 4+ anywhere and keep that last wound at all costs. My plagues in bottom left hug the objective, nothing they can do to affect the game. Sadly, the one jetbike is more my plagues..by 1 point. 75 to 76, so he can trump that corner super easily. Nothing I can do about that. Fateweaver wont be able to kill tanks with a bolt+melee that hit son 6s so he moves up 12 inches to flame the fire dragons then bolt a tank for fun in the hopes I can finally kill a tank with my 5th bolt. Both crusher squads moves to within 6 inches of him but in the top right corner, combined they will be 300 points since one is at half. So top right I have 300 points, bottom right I have plagues+fateweaver which is 408. Top left I have khorne prince which is 200 flat, bottom left, 75 points. I am hoping I can hold 3, but if he is smart he can get 2 if he moves correctly, and then 3 if he shoots well.

I flame the dragons and show them what fire is, they go bye bye, i throw a bolt at the tank...He makes his cover save :/ Damn, that would have secured a victory. Nothing else I can do, just need to wait. At this point, there are about 20 minutes left.
Marc does the same as i, contemplates the board, calculates some points in his head then moves a bunch of stuff lol, moves it back, shifts it a few times. Then he figured out the best config, which put him position to win if his fire prism could do 1 wound to my prince in hiding.
He kept the avengers in the top left, which were worth 100+, so if he wounds the prince he gets that quarter. he uses their transport to hold the bottom left where my plagues are. So he has the bottom left, he then puts his prism into the bottom left,along with the 1 jetbike, to shoot at the prince. He then moves the final wave serpent and falcon int the bottom right. So he will outweigh fateweaver with the prism/jetbikes/serpent and stuff. So he takes that, he coudlnt get enough into the top right to outweigh my crushers. So I have top right, he has bottom left, he has bottom right.

He shoots at the prince, the jetbike misses, the shoots the prism...it hits, no scatter, it wounds....The whole game rides on this one dice roll. If he makes it, we tie quarters, I then win on objectives or quarter as I have the lead on both of those. I sigh...pick up a die, toss it across the table towards my crushers and fateweaver to give me some luck, it bounces off the building and lands with a 5! I start breathing again. He grimaces. So as it stands at the end of 5, we tie on quarters, I have objectives and KPs. Such a close game..lets see if it goes on.

We ask the judge, how much time. He says 15 minutes. We ask if we can continue, as both of us still have a great chance to win. he says 15 minutes left, you arent supposed to start a new turn...This gives me the narrow win on secondary and tertiary. Marc and I shake hands and say good game. This was probably the closest game of 40k I have ever played, as it came to 1 die roll t decide the winner. I pulled it out by the skin of my teeth. For fun I tell him i am going to roll to see if it goes on, i roll a 1. Now I feel a bit more confident considering it woudlnt have gone on regardless of time.

Phew, this puts me at 3-0 for the day. 2 total massacres and one secondary victory. So there are now 4 of us who are 3-0. Me, Nick N, Rick Puig, and Aaron A. I am hoping so so much that I get to play aarons SW or even Ricks IG. As space wolves without TWC are a very very good match up. IG are a bit scary since so much high str shooting, and Nicks army would be...just...insane to try to win against with my army/list.

Since Nick just played Mark ferek is I remember correctly, he tabled him, or close to it. All foot BA vs nicks high str spam and mass force weapons. He wrecks him, so that probably puts him against him. >.<.

Game 4-----Against.....You guess it, Nick N.

Sadly Commisar, only one group of girls got raged ( he also forgot to do it, and we realized on turn 2, so we just rolled it then)

Ratius I am sorry, I did not take any pictures. I really wish I did, my girlfriend was there for games 2-5 as you guys saw on the live feed possibly. But I honestly was so into the games I didnt even think about pictures until the drive home on friday night.
Thanks Cilithan, I am trying to keep the reports free of clutter and only give you guys the important stuff. I have most of the games still memorized, whenever I sit down at the comp I will type a tad more. If there any mistakes you guys can just look at the live feed recording. Sadly the recording of the 3rd game seems to be missing, of me vs Marc Tomlinson, and the first half of me vs Nick.
I hope they have them because I honestly would like to watch my game against eldar as it was my closest all day and was very very tense.

Yeah, your demon list is a tough cookie to break if the prefered wave comes in. There were probably a lot of opponents who were thinking, "oh demons, I've got this in the bag" Good job proving them wrong.
