Details on how-to and pic settings are in there.
In short, this mini is a practice mini before I painted Dragio so it is a rushed job (apart from the cloak).
Tried a new painting technique on the cloak that I havent found anywhere else (wheee, I might be the first to do this and invent a painting style lol).
Pic settings are high contrast to show the cloak better so the grays and reds look really rough (back of banner for example), for a true comparison this mini is layered the same way as the apotechary:

This is part of my GK painting blog so it goes in here despite almost necromancing the thread however since I need feedback on whats good and bad I´m posting it in the painting sections to since very few people tend to look in here.

It's looking great ! Unfortunately you havnt invented a new style its called pointillisum and is derived from Australian aboriginal art
And is a great way to build up textures on flat planes especially when used with washes .

I've seen it done on historical minis and few gw ones tho this is the first ever grey knight I've seen it on !
