Which of the GK grenades must be modeled, per WYG's rules?

People stand by WYSIWYG for grenades? Really? I've never thought that that would be an issue.

Some people do... and I want to be on the safe side, even though I think super WYSIWYG is more for people who either want easy wins in Ard Boyz. Either that, or for people who think I MUST spend as much time modeling as they do.

Either way, it's a rule for Ard Boyz, and I want to have my bases covered.

Nobody, anywhere, will expect you to have all of the grenades on all of your models. Just make sure at least one member of the unit has them displayed, and you should be fine. You can just say that the rest of the unit already threw theirs.

Default equipment for your units does not need to be modeled. If you've taken something as an upgrade, that does have to be modeled.

This is what the Ard Boyz rules say - you must model upgrades.

So if you take a generic GKGM and add Rad Grenades you should model them. However psykouts, which are normal equipment, you would not need to.

Whats a Rad and Blind and Psyko-toke grenade look like? If there's not a model I'll just glue some bb's onto my dudes and call it square.

Calling a small ball a square seems kinda odd.

Make them look however you like. Just be consistent.

Just stick some grenades on the GKGM's belt and you will be fine.

No one knows what a Rad or Psychotroke grenade looks like so it doesn't matter. as long as you have something that looks like it can be thrown and explode it will be good.

My multigrenade GKGM has a IG grenade launcher on a servo arm attached to his shoulder, thats the only way i can imagine him tossing 3-5 grenades while assaulting

This seems like something almost no one is likely to get bent out of shape about.

However, like Grey Templar, said, if a model has Frag, Krak, Psyk-out, Psychotroke, Rad, and brain mines on his sheet, 6 grenades in all (perfectly possible) then it seems only fair (and thematically appropriate) to model a whole mess of grenades on his belt. The GK sprues have quite a few grenades on them, plus many other do-dads that could be loosely imagined to be thrown. Probably not a coincidence.
