To put it simply, I hate boosters. They ruin perfectly good free-for-all matches. So to combat this I have set up the ABS or the anti-booster squad. If anyone wants to join this noble cause add me on PSN with the heading of ABS.

From then on you can hunt those boosters to make everyone's game more fun.

The only thing I actually play in there is Hardcore Team Deathmatch. You will not get anything from jus killing the boosters, all you do is delay them the necessary 5 seconds from starting up again.

Mw2 is an awesome game, however the community is lacking alot.

Black Ops came out about a year ago. I don't see how:
1. Hating boosters is original
2. MW2 is actually played heavily enough to make it important
3. How boosting is that bad. Play fething TDM sometime, you'll love it.

I wouldnt bother with this since well, MW3 is on the way.

Even then I play MW2 on the 360, dont play FFA usually TDM or Dom. So meh doesnt really affect me.

there are two different fan communites; the black ops one and the modern warfare one. You would be surprised at how many people still play mw2 still.
Boosting is a form of cheating, and cheating is bad. The game has levels for a reason, and if Youre just going to completely ignore them, why bother leveling in the first place? Its not right that normal people need to spend hard time working to achieve their goals while others just decide to cheat their way to the top.

I would have to say that boosting isnt exactly "cheating", I know many others will disagree. Cheating, in games, to me is either the use of codes, hacks, glitches or exploits which give the player an unfair advantage. Now I hear the "oh but its an exploit" and indeed it is, however the exploit can be stopped, rather easily aswell. They are not using some obscure place outside the map where nobody can get them. They are still technically playing by the rules, but bending them quite alot. They are still killing a player without using an aimbot for example, they havnt exploited something or glitched to somewhere that they cant be killed(rock in one of the map packs was great for that).

I do need to clarify that I have never bossted before as it takes the fun out of the game, but they arnt cheating since they are still technically playing by the rules.

I dont know about black ops, but in MW2 there isway to lock your lobby so no one can get in (its a glitch).

Well locking the lobby is exploiting a glitch for personal gain so that itself I class as cheating, the actually boosting is not though.

So Booster Justice? This was big back last year, kind of started off thanks to this.

I like how there's this running idea that wasting your time to follow boosters around will make them stop, and that posting their names on the net will make them stop.
