This list is everywhere

For starters the avatar can't keep up with the tanks, neither can the wraithlords, not to mention wraithsight tests with 1 farseer in the list, neither can the scorpions.

I'd opt for 1 or the other, mech up or foot slog it. Alternatively try the list out, test it at your FLG or where ever you play, then make the changes needed

a lord of two with a seer on wraith gaurds can work well when in formation if you dont want to risk the roll but while WL can have longe range weapons the avatar doesnt so if you want him to be the target the use him if not more the points elswere either a prisim, vypers, or hell even more warwalkers this squad flanking as an option

Bad news... unless it's a small friendly tourney... that list is going to get hurt... alot.

Charging your opponent would be a horrifically bad idea. As you have your Wraithlords kitted for Ranged gun support, Squishy Walkers, pricey Serpents, Pathfinders, and a chunk invested in shooty fast attack. Look over the list again... I really hope that was a joke.

Some Er.. constructive feedback would be to drop the serpents down to Scatter Lasers, put stones on your Farseer, drop warshout and acrobatic from the Banshees, Split your Pathfinders into 2 5 mans, and flesh out your scorpions (give scorpions shadowstrike) and Warp Spiders. At that point hope that you play enough non-standard units that you throw your opponent off guard.

Also, like BlueDagger said, your list is a negative. What you have is a collection of models, not a competitive army. They'll look cool on the board, but that's about it .
Redundancy is the name of the game here. Your army has campers (pathfinders, technically the wraithlords will sit back and shoot as well), fast movers (DA's in serpents, striking scorpions--only if you give them shadowstrike, banshees), and slow movers (Avatar, and the scorpions without shadowstrike). Is this all that you actually own? Maybe give us a list of everything you own and what you're wiling to buy, then we can help from there. Your list as it stands now is so off-beat that there's nowhere to really go with it.
