Hello,
For the last year i've been having a problem with my hormagaunts and termagaunts breaking. The hormagaunts break so easily while i received several broken termagaunts from a friend. SO i am wondering if anybody has something that they do to stop their hormagaunts from breaking everytime they fall over. I also need some advice on repairing them. I have attempted some repairs and they usally don't work or make the hormagaunts are falling on their faces. Oh before i forget does anybody know a good way to stop hormagaunts from leaning over from overweight claws?

First I'd ask - what are you doing to them?
They shouldn't be breaking. The only time I've had a Hormagaunt break is from excess pressure breaking the ankle, and that took effort. Termagants? Never.
How do you store them? What parts are breaking? If they're breaking at the joins where you glue it, use plastic glue rather than super glue.
As for balancing, glue a small rock, shale slate or something similarly weighted to the base. Or put a weight under the base. They're terribly balanced models.

For the breaking issue, I suggest using plastic cement over superglue - that stuff will bond damn near permanently. Unless you're talking about spindly bits falling off, in which case I still haven't figured out a good solution to that one.
As for the falling over problem, a small washer glued to the underside of the base is a good way to balance the weight. I know one guy who used pennies to weigh them down a bit, since his models kept falling over from top-heaviness.

I store them on top of my bookshelf. The top has nothing but hormagaunts on it no books or anything else. I was just taking them off for a battle when I noticed 2 had broken at the ankle when they hadn't been broken when i had put them up there (this is what caused me to come looking for help) all of them have broken off at the ankle. (I also recieved some from a friend who were also broken at the ankle) I will recall my statement about the termagaunts turns out i was mistaken only about 5 are broken and thats from falling off the table i believe. I have tried to repair my hormagaunts with plastic glue didn't turn out well looked like he got hit by a car while running.

If you look after them, then they don't break.

man you need stronger glue. those things wont break unless you use the plastic cutters. I could throw it at a graveled road and it would be fine.

I agree rocks make good base terrain. washers help too but i think pennies are cheaper because their only one cent.
